“Went inside rather than drive-thru for a large takeout order, counter associate was friendly and helpful. They were shorthanded that day and the focus was on drive-thru but once a nice lady came to the counter it was all good. They got our order correct and the food was good. I mean it's what you would expect. So.. five stars on this visit.“

“Went for a late dinner after the Heidelberg October fest with my fiancé and 5 year old for the first time since the expansion. I had high expectations because we have had take out multiple times and have been pleased. We were not disappointed! We had a hot dog, Cuban sandwich, torts with salsa (AMAZING as always), tater tots and the soup special. Everything was great but the pumpkin/corn harvest chowder was phenomenal, the complexity and layers of flavors was out of this world. I am not easily impressed so I was blown away by our meal. Our server/bartender was great and went out of his way to ensure we had a stellar experience. We will be back again soon!“

“Not in the mood to cook tonight and wanted to try this place since it moved here years ago. We came in early, but it never really got busy even though there were hockey games going on. We found the outside entrance(s) and were immediately sat at a table. Perusing the menu, we had some questions and our waitress was more than happy to spend the time with us to answer all of them. She did not know the answers to some of the beer ones, and she was honest about that, which we truly appreciated. She also noticed that we were struggling to decide on which burgers to order, so she informed us that since this was a Tuesday, their special of the night is to have any three of their regular house burgers made into sliders as a meal. What a meal deal! Two of us jumped on that and got to try different combinations that appealed to us. The other member of our party tried one of the Smash burgers from the faster menu. We also swapped out the fries for the grilled zucchini (for $2 upcharge)

Since we were having similar issues with some of the unknown beers, the waitress came to the rescue again and offered a couple of samples to help us decide. Wonderful service!!!

Ultimately we placed all of our orders and got our food. We enjoyed it all. I cannot say that we liked one burger more than any other for they were all tasty. The fries were good too. the zucchini was probably the best as it was lightly grilled and had a very tasty balsamic glaze on top of the tomatoes and other toppings.

About the only negative in the place is that it could use a refresher. It is clearly used hard - and looks it.

The complete tab for all of - including beers, food, and tip, was under $25 per person which is very reasonable these days.

“Revised 3/2025: I forgot about Applebee's (sorry) bc I don't drive past it anymore on my regular driving routes. Hmm.. GOT an idea... DL the app & ordered their food. WoW! With the deals & combos + 2/$25 we EACH had basically 2 meals in 1. PS Spinach & Artichoke dip is soo FAB! I did have a tiny glitch, sucks when you don't realize it, till your back home :( However, I called, spoke to "Miss Becky" I believe was her name, and got it ALL resolved. She's got GREAT people skills, you know, works well with the public. Pleasant. Courteous. Understanding. VERY pleased WITH entire experience. The AMOUNT of food and the ending TOTAL. App it in the WONDERFUL economy!

When I finally decided, the food was hot, fresh, seasoned. “BSB's is the place to go for wings here! I used to live here about 8 years ago and moved away for that time period, but as soon as I moved back in 2023, I had to get some of their wings!The wings are just as incredible as before and their flavors are insane! The menu might look a bit intimidating with all of the crazy fun flavors, but trust me, you won't get a bad one from them! “I have never eaten in restaurant at this location, so I can't speak to that experience, but as far as take out it is usually a decent experience. Carside pickup usually goes smoothly, although the text link next works so you have to call to let them know you arrive. The employees are usually very friendly when they bring it out. Picking up inside the restaurant is a hassle, as the pickup location is in a weird spot and when you stand there all of the employees ignore you so it takes forever to get your food. As far as the food goes it's almost always enjoyable, although sometimes we find the steaks are inedible due to tendons, and they often change the number of chicken tenders they put on the mac and cheese with honey pepper tenders, sometimes there's more than others. They frequently neglect to give me the extra sauces that I pay for, which is annoying. Still the best Applebee's in the area though.“

“I visited this location with my grandparents, it's sad that there are only four locations left I am 30 years old and growing up I remember going to their restaurants frequently, I also remember them being all over, I will say if you want a good meal thus is the place, and the food (atleast in my opinion) is better than it ever was before, so if you're thinking about trying it I would recommend it, it may sadly be one of the last opportunities you have“

“We went in for some fries at 11am which was right before the lunch rush began. It took a little longer than expected even though I know that they cook them fresh. As we ate them, I realized that most of them were hard while several were quite dark. I'm not particularly a fan. It would have been nice to get some different fries, but I didn't have time to say anything.“
