higher people who have respect for their customers. the McDonald's in Oakdale PA is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too, super slow, nothing is fresh, made me pull over in stall number 4 there was no one else in line and all the workers were standing around doing nothing. this place is dirty, none of the employees wash their hands or wear proper hair covering. they will touch money and her face and then your food all with the same glove!!! or no glove for that matter!!

Service is always terrible after lunch, team is slow, they’re always loud and obnoxious, playing loud music, and obviously can’t read or pay attention to what they are doing because they’re too busy doing everything else. A customer also walked out because he stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to order and no one helped him even though someone walked over to grab something off the counter and still never acknowledged him standing there.

Worst McDonalds in the country. Twice we went there and ordered from the kiosk (nobody at the cash registers to take an order). Twice, they never brought the food out, as they are SUPPOSED to do. When I asked for ketchup, the worker would hand me ONE packet. Yeah, they don't have a ketchup dispenser there. We timed it, it took 18 minutes to get our order. "Fast food"? I think not! And ALL the employees have an attitude problem. Will be the last time we go to this location!

I wish I could give this location a better review, but it consistently disappoints. As someone who works nearby, we’ve had to order here far too often, and sadly, only about 2% of our orders are actually correct. We’ve experienced missing items, raw burgers, and even no straws for drinks. It’s frustrating, to say the least.
I really hope management takes a look at the numerous bad reviews this location has received. It’s time for some serious improvements. Customers deserve better!
Just go to a fancy restaurant. The money you waste in gas sitting in the drive-thru line costs just as much.
