This is the slowest McDonald's ever. I have been waiting inside for 20 minutes after I ordered and still no food, just for 2 hamburgers a fry and a coke.

I placed an order online, it got canceled as soon as I got there because they didn’t have milkshakes.. which was fine. I tried to reorder without the shake and it said to see a crew member. I explained the problem and the guy was new.. so he brought over his manager. I wanted the deal I ordered… since it was NOT letting me online. I asked for a SPICY dlx mcrispy, no tomato, add pickle and it came with free fries. It was a hassle trying to explain to them my problem. They got the order out fast, but when I got back to work it was a regular mcrispy with tomatoes and no pickle. I’m not trying to be angry here.. but it’s a simple task and they were not busy.Also, I don’t blame the new guy at all.. they just all need to communicate better.. and make the order AFTER I finish ordering it. Not before because that messes things up.

Slowest mcdonalds on the planet. Waiting 10-15+ minutes every single morning with zero line. If it wasn't the only place on the way to work to get a coffee then I would never be back.

Even for a McDonald’s this is sub par. The last 4 times I went , at least one item was missing. Only once did I bother coming back, and half of my cold meal was not replaced because they don’t even talk to you. I’m going to study different grunts and groans in a last attempt to communicate my order and have everything in my greasy bag next time.
