We went there this past Saturday evening and the size of two scoops of ice cream was extremely SMALL. They were the tiniest serving I've ever received there.
While my wife and I were waiting to be served, I witnessed an employee make racist gestures to a customer after the employee got the customers order wrong! The customer kindly corrected her stating he had asked for a dish, not a cone…and she ignored him. He accepted what she gave him and paid. When he walked away she made very obvious gestures making fun of the customers ethnicity. I confronted the employee as to what I witnessed told her she needed to have some respect and demanded to talk to the manager. She laughed and said the manager wasn’t working. This type of behavior should never be tolerated. She’s the one that couldn’t get the order right and when corrected, has the nerve to make racist gestures. Unacceptable! If management would like to discuss further I am available.
I live in Washington pa, 30 miles away. I come here regularly. Last Friday at 513 pm my wife and I stopped by for dinner. I ordered a rodeo burger, and she ordered a fish sandwich with tartar sauce. When it came time to pay, I wanted to use my rewards points. There were 3 people behind the counter, they were clueless as to how to process the points. I had to wait over a half hour for my order. When my order came, my rodeo burger had no onion rings, lettuce, or tomato on it. My wife's fish sandwich was burnt and with no tartar sauce. I went to the counter to tell them they messed up my order and had to wait. I can understand if your place was busy, but it wasn't. Very disappointed with your service. Checked for points added for this purchase and there is not. Never had any issues in the past. Guess I'll eat elsewhere next time I'm hungry
Very good and they carry 2 sugar free flavors!
1. Too expensive!!! 2. Ice cream too soft!!!! 3. The girls working there does not know how to make a Wet Walnut Sundae it was pathetic!!!! 4. Please go to Casciola’s in Cecil They know how to make sundaes and they are so much cheaper!!!! 5. Casciolas for my family!!!!
4/5 Star Ice cream

1/5 Star customer experience
From my first experience here. The ambiance and product is great. The employees don’t act or look like they want to be there. No greeting, no smile, no thanks for stopping in.
Just a cold “What do you want?” Hands me cone after payment is processed, and walks away immediately.
Delicious Gyros Friendly staff
When the power was out almost everywhere they were kind enough to keep the kitchens open a bit longer to help make sure people could buy a hot meal and some ice cream to make a bad day just a little bit better. A big thanks to the amazing staff!
Scoops has delicious food prepared quickly! The french fries were phenomenal. The level of crisp is chefs kiss. Buffalo chicken fries were delicious and the Philly cheese steak was awesome with a toasted bun! Root beer float is your standard vanilla ice cream covered in Braqs. The brownie sundae was such a great deal with the quantity you receive, including the brownie being heated! Can't wait to go back! We have our points ready to spend for the rewards.

This is simply an awesome place. Called scoops and more, but it’s not just their ice cream that shines. All the food is delicious. It’s a classic American diner type of joint in terms of the foods they offer, Lots of sandwiches, burgers, pizza, etc. I tried out their fish sandwich with mushrooms and provolone and ranch, as well as their hand packed milkshake with peanut butter cup and peanut butter twist.
The sandwich was huge. For around $15: really can’t be beat by many places. Even half is enough to satisfy most people. It’s got a nice fried piece of haddock (I think), and the cheese and mushrooms were flavorful (not the freshest but that’s ok). A good amount of bread, maybe tad much. Still, very good.
The fries were also surprisingly good. Nice and crispy on the outside, and quite fluffy in the middle. They give you a nice portion size. They aren’t seasoned much, but are still solid. Went so well with the ranch, and the fish was great with ranch too. Their ranch is just awesome.
The milkshake was pretty good. I think it would be even better if I just got ice cream in a cup, though. There were nice little peanut butter pieces throughout that I liked. Solid but would have liked it to be creamier.
Vegetarian options: Solid options for pizza, sandwiches, etc and I believe they sometimes have fruit based dessert
