Creamy soft serve (chocolates or vanilla), raspberry or lemon dole whip, lots of hard ice cream choices, and amazing sundaes. Service was as quick as possible with a single customer-facing employee. Unsurprisingly on a Saturday summer evening, there was a line of nearly 20 customers. An older woman was impatient (e.g., little interest in helping describe specialty items) & gruff. But the soft serve is delicious and refreshingly affordable ($4 for a small, $6 for a large), so we’ll stop by again when we’re in Pittsburgh.

The best pizzas, burgers, and ice cream. The service is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. Out of all the places such as Pizza Hut, Burger King, McDonalds, where they overcook meat, no seasoning and super greasy food. Scoops gives you flavor, you actually taste the ingredients and do not feel greasy. Their ice cream is always smooth, and has different flavors to try. Its worth the price with how good the food is. My favorite eatery place.

They mock you to your face, they're disrespectful, and they don't cooperate with the client. They should change that team for this type of business. Waited 20 minutes for a burger when I was the only one ordering anything other then ice cream. The cook did not wear gloves when making my burger other then that the burger was good

Had both food and ice cream. All the food was cooked well and very fresh. Ice cream had a lot of different flavors that were really fun and good. Excellent service as well. Would definitely go back and recommend trying.

We went there this past Saturday evening and the size of two scoops of ice cream was extremely SMALL. They were the tiniest serving I've ever received there.

While my wife and I were waiting to be served, I witnessed an employee make racist gestures to a customer after the employee got the customers order wrong! The customer kindly corrected her stating he had asked for a dish, not a cone…and she ignored him. He accepted what she gave him and paid. When he walked away she made very obvious gestures making fun of the customers ethnicity. I confronted the employee as to what I witnessed told her she needed to have some respect and demanded to talk to the manager. She laughed and said the manager wasn’t working. This type of behavior should never be tolerated. She’s the one that couldn’t get the order right and when corrected, has the nerve to make racist gestures. Unacceptable! If management would like to discuss further I am available.

I live in Washington pa, 30 miles away. I come here regularly. Last Friday at 513 pm my wife and I stopped by for dinner. I ordered a rodeo burger, and she ordered a fish sandwich with tartar sauce. When it came time to pay, I wanted to use my rewards points. There were 3 people behind the counter, they were clueless as to how to process the points. I had to wait over a half hour for my order. When my order came, my rodeo burger had no onion rings, lettuce, or tomato on it. My wife's fish sandwich was burnt and with no tartar sauce. I went to the counter to tell them they messed up my order and had to wait. I can understand if your place was busy, but it wasn't. Very disappointed with your service. Checked for points added for this purchase and there is not. Never had any issues in the past. Guess I'll eat elsewhere next time I'm hungry
