complete mess. i ordered through the website and they got it wrong. then i had to have my coworker go back and get it fixed and it still isn’t the way i asked. never had to complain but this service was horrible and i won’t be ordering through them again.

I came to this store expecting to use a coupon - two 12” subs for $12.99. I immediately noticed a sign that read “we do not accept coupons at this location”. I was disappointed but ordered anyway because I was already there and I was hungry. Two 12” subs and two cookies later - $33.13! I did NOT order the full meal with drinks. In the moment I didn’t say anything because there were customers waiting behind me, but after stewing on this for a couple days, I suspect fraud. How does that math compute when the 12” subs are listed on the menu board for under $10? I tried to call the store for an explanation but of course no one answered the phone and the voice mailbox is full. Again, to me this is beyond poor customer service. This is sleazy corporatism with bait and switch tactics, and likely fraud.

I love subway let me start by saying!This one is in my home town and I haven’t honestly been there in a minute. You walk in to a man that does not say hello. Then you order and you forget to specify on size so he makes a FL automatically starts to make the second sandwich as I realize all the veggies didn’t look to appetizing. My second sandwich was an ITALIAN BMT. After getting it toasted I decided that i did not want any of my normal toppings and just went with sauce. I asked for Italian and without saying they didn’t have it put a substitute of spicy something on my sandwich. Very disappointed in this experience.
