The Diner where the FOOD is GOOD! Need I say more? This place was a must stop for my buddy Nino and me anytime we were passing near Robinson, the airport or Pitt, literally any excuse to grab a booth, some Breakfest food and a slice of pie at this place. Real classic Americana eats at a place that couldn’t feel more Chromedome. Love it!

I stop at this diner occasionally and sit at the counter for a quick meal. 🥘. The last 2 times I have been there the food was not good. This past week I asked the server for advice on 2 different meals. She said neither I don’t eat that specific food. She had no other recommendations. I ordered the hot meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes tasted like fake potatoes the consistency was off. The entire meal was cold. The meatloaf tasted sour. It was burnt on all ends. I took 1 bite of the meat and that was enough. I ate some of the bread and the potatoes. When the server came back and said is everything good? I said no. She was like oh can I get you something else I declined. She did take half off the bill. The atmosphere bordered on hostile. Everyone was on edge. Another customer walked out without giving a tip and left his card. The server yelled for him. But came back and complained about the whole ordeal. I won’t be going back. I don’t know who the owners is but please take my advice and fix this place. I used to really enjoy going here.

The dirtiest run down restaurant. Had to wait a while for our waitress, then when she did she took our order with her back to us. I got the Oakdale special and the meat was grey. Had high expectations with all the good reviews.
