Got a latte from this location. I don’t know if the Oatmilk was rotten or if they somehow otherwise contaminated the drink, unfortunately I was on the road and I could not go back and return it or complain, but it made me sick within 30 minutes after drinking that. It was very awful.

Nice job, my wife’s pumpkin spice latte was very good. She loved it. Quick friendly service. End it was able to pick up a great Christmas goodie for my daughter.

Sounded exhausted they even had to take my order when no one else was even there then didn’t put the espresso in my drink. This was supposed to be an iced shaken espresso with oatmilk and brown sugar and it’s just oatmilk and brown sugar which i paid 6.50 for. This has happened to me in this same location constantly, they just don’t put espresso in espresso drinks. my fault for coming back.

Definitely never coming back, the coffee tastes horrible, got a venti and it's only filled half way. Also the drink I ordered came with Cinnamon yet there is no Cinnamon powder in or on it. They squirted a circle of caramel drizzle on top that was it.

Hi! I love Starbucks but I just wish the people in Starbucks would be quicker while taking orders or hire help. I stood there for 10 minutes and did not get my order taken. I didn't even get so much as acknowledged. I understand how they are busy but at least a "we will be with you in a second" would have been great.

The two females working have no customer service skills whatsoever. The drinks are tasty, but they took twenty minutes to come out! Do better Starbucks!

Great group of employees here! They have fun but always make customers a priority! Mango Dragonfruit drink is awesome! They were kind enough to give me used coffee grounds for my compost bin

Terrible service. Not friendly and rude. Attitude is angry. This makes me extremely disappointed to what could have been the start of a good day, a great cup of coffee, just not here.

I used to tell everyone about this Starbucks because of the friendly staff, extremely fast service and it's perfect location. However, this morning, I had an extremely rude encounter with the manager. I only had a $50 bill on me. I was asked if I had anything smaller (which I didn't). I was asked TWICE if I had any credit cards (which I didn't have on me). He said he would make a "one-time" exception for me to be able to pay with this amount of cash. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this Starbucks because of this poorly handled situation. Gabriella
