I had a little snafu with the app and my order. Mike the manager handled it with class he and Tyler provided great service.They were kind and very thoughtful and the food was EXCELLENT!!!! ILL Be back. These days its hard to find good ol service and those guys did just that!!!! Thanks Again.

Little to no sauce on the pizza and boneless wings some of the slices of pizza were very tiny and they considered it a slice. The deep dish is not worth the price very small

Been here several times... the food is always quite good, portions are not huge though... Usually good service but not tonight! Waitress had us and one other table for 80% of the time we were there, and then only had us for the last 20% of our visit and still couldn't find the time to come visit us, check with us, or bring us the things that we asked for in advance... specifically asked for ice tea refills, which came very very slowly if at all... I am usually a big tipper but this type of service did not warrant much of a tip. When a waitress is too busy yucking it up with her buddies in the back and leaving the only table she has to wait on, unattended, for significant periods of time... is totally unacceptable. We will definitely question whether we ever come back here again.

Uno is struggling lately. They have made many changes to their food offerings.
We had an excellent dinner experience! After a long roadtrip it was exactly what we needed. The drinks were mixed well, the pizza was just as expected, and the service was excellent. Our server was Anthony R. He really made the meal special with his attention and humor. He’s a true professional! Nice job Anthony and Uno Oaks!

We were very disappointed with our visit. The restaurant just didn't seem to have the same atmosphere as before. Our waitress was attentive but the service was slow. It took about 30 minutes for our appetizer to come. The restaurant was not even busy. I feel the restaurant needs to be renovated and brightened up and cleaned up. Not sure if we would go back.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Big restaurant with a lot of TVs for sports. Food was good. I was just disappointed by the portions vs. The price. But then again that seems to be the thing everywhere. Last there was a lack of any specials on the menu including no beer draft special
