Now this is a bar. Dark ceiling, dark walls, jam packed with Americana decorations, 100% my kinda place. To be fair though I love bars and have really met few I didn’t like, but this one is worth the drive . They have great , friendly, quick and knowledgeable employees large drafts and reasonable prices. “But what about the food ?” , you say. Well I’m happy to tell you it’s excellent. Great wings, shrimp and cauliflower wings and I can highly recommend the black and blue and Maui waui sauces. Very , very good. I will definitely be back for another visit and soon too.

I have been going to Billy's for nearly 20 years. You can tell that the owner cares about the bar and its patrons as he is usually on site during business hours, is constantly innovating and regularly changes things up to keep it fresh. One thing that HASN'T changed are the wings. They are good sized and tender on the inside with a distinctive Crispyness outside that I love also the sauces can't be beat. While I would suggest the BBQ and/or Buffalo for a more traditional flavor, or the the Spicy MOJO Cheddar and/or OC lickers for something a little different. I have to find a flavor I do not like.

Parking: It's located in downtown Oil City. One of a few bars in town. Located on Seneca St at the corner of Seneca St and Clifford across from the CATA Bus stop. Easy to find. Not easy to find parking on wing nights or weekends.

First time here and we loved it! Our waitress was so nice! And the bartender was great!! Thank you both so much for a great evening with great food, great service and a great evening!
Got to meet the owner and hang out with him. Sarah behind the bar is wonderful as well. Probably the best food in Oil City, I wish I hadn't waited so long to go and eat there.
My first visit, it was everything I needed that night. Everyone was friendly, food was good, beer was great and I went home happier than I went in.

I've always loved this bar and my step dad, who has since passed, was a good friend of Bill. He had always gone here. Sad to watch this place crumble. Negligence is not a good look for a business this large. I hope to update with good news as soon as I see and or hear it. As of now, would not recommend sadly.
My wings were always cold I had a bug in my food and the owner was extremely rude to me and my severe wasn't even paying attention she got my order messed up and kept her attention only on the guy at the bar I was me and the other guy in there not many people at all I rate it awful

They have live bands there often. The bands are usually really good and local but the volume is usually a little ridiculous.
Parking: There are a bunch of parking spots on the street but there's a lot of businesses on that street as well.
