If you are looking for a good home made breakfast Famoore's is the place. They have a great selection for lunch as well. You can't beat the service either some of the nicest people in Oil City.

This review is strictly about the “bubble tea”. Do not waste your money on the bubble tea, it is supposed to be a boba tea or a milk tea but it is not. It is merely a glass of regular iced tea with some kind of liquid filled “bubbles”. Bubble tea is supposed to have tapioca pearls that are the “bubbles”. It’s $5 a glass and if you want extra bubbles it’s an additional $2. Some boba pearls can be liquid filled but they are mostly tapioca, black dense balls. In my...
