Great place to hang out on the weekends! Ken's the best cook in town! Nobody apparently knows how to cook good wings in OC except her and Marci.It's a smoking bar, but the ventilation is pretty good, along with decent climate control for all seasons.Beers and drinks are a bit pricy, but they always have different specials for each day of the week.All in all, the best spot in Oil City!
