The first thing we noticed was the delightful sounds of a piano. A great bar to wait for your table or to have a after-dinner drink. The wait staff was very professional and worked well together. The maitre'd came and checked on the table several times. And has a great sense of humor..... I won't bore you with our food selection. But the food was prepared 100percent out of this world. Great job northeastern Pennsylvania and hats off to the chef.. I'm already scheduling another reservation and you should do the same. "Give it a try Mikey you'll like it"...

Great food and times.

100% amazing. I’ve been there the past 2 weeks and haven’t gotten past the appetizer menu. Can’t wait to get back to try more! Staff is great (love Harry and Dave), food is amazing, atmosphere is great also. A must do.Update; 4th week and the 16oz meatball is insanely good. Can’t believe it took me 4 weeks to try and I’m still only on appetizers!

We got to the restaurant early for our reservation and we were told to go to the bar our table would be ready in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later after watching people come in and get tables we were told they forgot about us. We didn’t get a table till 30 minutes later. 1 hour wait for our table after other people were seated before us that didn’t have reservations, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I took my Aunt and Uncle to Billy G’s for dinner, none of us had ever been. I had a bone in Ribeye done Pittsburg med rare it was the best I ever had. I travel and eat out a lot so I can say for sure it was fantastic. My uncle had the seafood Fra Diavlo and he couldn’t stop complimenting the red sauce. My Aunt had scallop and they were a bit salty but very good. The owner came out to check in our meal and was a great guy. The dessert was also top notch. The 100 lb Parmesan cheese app could have been a main course, delicious and also had the Lava appetizer, totally unique and crazy good.

We went on Valentine's day, which I know can be a very difficult night for a restaurant, but it really wasn't that busy when we arrived. As we were leaving it picked up quite a bit, but I can't use the excuse that they were overwhelmed. First, let me say that it's not "fine dining" on the same scale as AV, or Angelo's is or as the Ryah House was. As an example, the wine by the glass choices are limited to Woodbridge only. The facility is also very cold. I imagine that in summer this wouldn't be an issue, but just so you know.We made our reservation 6 weeks ago and they sat us by the bar, so as you can imagine I felt we started off on the wrong foot. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, a good 5 minutes after we arrived, I decided to get my own drink. At that same moment the waitress arrived and told us that she wanted to give us time with the menu. I felt that she should have done that after she got us a drink. She also had no idea what wines were available by the glass and insisted that the driest white wine by the glass was chardonnay. When I suggested a Pinot Grigio to my wife the waitress assured me that the bartender told her the chardonnay was the driest. So not only were we made to wait, but she also clearly knew nothing about wine and she was argumentative. That was the beginning of her horrible and incredibly rude service. When my dinner arrived, I asked the bus boy for some cheese. I saw him trying to find out which waitress was responsible for my table. When he found her she came by with a grater and grated my cheese table side. That about sums it all up; they think they know what fine dining is, but they miss the very essence of it - good service. And the food was unremarkable. The beurre blanc tasted like butter. My walnut sauce was flavorless. The caesar was overdressed. (Another waitress faux pas, she spoke over me when I tried to order a caesar telling us that all entries came with it.) The wine by the glass, as mentioned, is low quality and the appetizer (mozzarella spiedini) was good, but had way too much bread.

Quality worth the price.

Food was okay, waitress was nice. Just not any value in what you get for the price. Definitely wouldn't do it again. Many other high priced options in the area that are of excellent value for the money you spend. The host is a train wreck.
