Rude staff. I ordered the nerds slushee for my son, got the total, forgot to order the happy meal so I asked if I could add something. The person on the intercom said “YEAHHHH WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADDDDD?” In a mocking tone. I said I’m good, skirted out of the drive through with a quickness, and went to McDonald’s few spots down. I haven’t been to BK in years and this was a great reminder to stay away.

Every time I order especially online, I get the wrong food or items. I ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and got 2 hamburgers! Ridiculous already and I don't know until I get home and open wrappers. No wonder everyone goes to McDonald's! I am!!

this is the old forge pa location : girl at drive couldn't understand what I was saying ,had to repeat 3x..,,at p-u window another wait cause she said I was rude to her!! they're sandwiches are terrible here..the kids are rude & stupid .speak English..not ghetto speak! would not be sad if it closed,,,never here again!!!!

The most racist place I have ever seen in my life And it's Family run. Every black or Spanish person that worked there quits within a couple months. You can feel the one-sidedness. They'll have you do things they won't even ask their own family members to do. Smh Burger kings corporate needs to do something? Oh wait they won't.. Foods always cold.! Manager's attitude shitty.

I typically frequent Burger King. I’ve never been to this specific location. I use to work at one as a shift manager, so I was very disappointed by this mornings breakfast. I always get the burrito Junior meal, but whoever made them this morning either wasn’t trained properly or just was lazy, my burrito was tiny, the bacon was super small, no fiery spread sauce, missing the hash browns and they used sliced cheese instead of shredded cheese. It was poorly made and hope that this review reaches proper management so that in the future, staff are properly trained on boards. Thank you.

The past few trips to this burger have been pretty perfect as far as a trip through the drive through goes, just make sure you double check for your sauce. Also I know I rule and I don’t need to be reminded 😉
One of there employees got disrespectful all because I told him I’m not drinking out the cup he put his hand in that is outrageous and disgusting to think I’m drinking out of that I don’t know where your hands been he could of just apologized and gave me a different cup I just told the manager refund me my money and left won’t go there ever again which I usually do when I take my break I’m 27 years old and wont never let no little boy disrespect me as a man

We got food to take out. Service was slow, cleanliness could have been better and the person taking our order was far from friendly. Next time that I am in the area, I will stop at the McDonalds only a little way down the road.
