With the qualifier that its fast food BK. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. The building area was clean ( I got drive thru). Definitely will have no issue returning to this branch.

If I could give no stars I would. BK in Old Forge pa is pathetic. The workers are okay but managers and district managers need to fired and new ones need in there. Belittling the workers for doing what they were told to do and workers getting yelled at in front of customers by one manager and one worker crying because she has to wash dishes (part of the job) Be better BK.

Rude staff. I ordered the nerds slushee for my son, got the total, forgot to order the happy meal so I asked if I could add something. The person on the intercom said “YEAHHHH WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADDDDD?” In a mocking tone. I said I’m good, skirted out of the drive through with a quickness, and went to McDonald’s few spots down. I haven’t been to BK in years and this was a great reminder to stay away.

Every time I order especially online, I get the wrong food or items. I ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and got 2 hamburgers! Ridiculous already and I don't know until I get home and open wrappers. No wonder everyone goes to McDonald's! I am!!
this is the old forge pa location : girl at drive couldn't understand what I was saying ,had to repeat 3x..,,at p-u window another wait cause she said I was rude to her!! they're sandwiches are terrible here..the kids are rude & stupid .speak English..not ghetto speak! would not be sad if it closed,,,never here again!!!!

The most racist place I have ever seen in my life And it's Family run. Every black or Spanish person that worked there quits within a couple months. You can feel the one-sidedness. I typically frequent Burger King. I’ve never been to this specific location. I use to work at one as a shift manager, so I was very disappointed by this mornings breakfast. I always get the burrito Junior meal, but whoever made them this morning either wasn’t trained properly or just was lazy, my burrito was tiny, the bacon was super small, no fiery spread sauce, missing the hash browns and they used sliced cheese instead of shredded cheese. It was poorly made and hope that this review reaches proper management so that in the future, staff are properly trained on boards. Thank you.
