So I sat in the line for eight minutes for a burger that’s hard as a hockey puck and cold like the heat has never touched it pull up. Nobody doing anything. Teens are laughing and joking around out of any Burger King that I’ve been to this is by far the worst one This is my second time being here and nothing is different

Always decently clean for a fast food joint with constant table turnaround. However we do use the window to order many times. Whoever the one gal is she super polite and very personable. Tries hard to make your experience pleasant and efficient. The star/ moon tattoo? Is cute. The Food. Fast food is fast food but this outlet at least tries to make it look like it should when it hits the customer.
Welll....gotta say did NOT leave a good impression at all. Give my order which I have to repeat but no biggie. Try to pull up but the window is blocked...not by a customer. The clerk is talking to someone who is parked in an odd way that I was afraid to try to squeeze through. But after some time, it was obvious he wasn't moving so I cautiously pulled forward since they were STILL TALKING!! Then I get waited on by two skanky looking boys who apparently didnt understand that u should BATHE on a regular basis when u r in the food industry!Well when I placed my order I asked one simple request that my onion rings be extra crispy. Not too hard right? Trust me when I say they definitely were not. And my wrap? I guess u can call what I got a wrap...if u want to be technical...one tiny little chicken tender...maybe 2..3 inches long n a couple tiny pieces of lettuce..NO TOMATOES like the picture showed. U couldn't see any of it unless you unwrap it!!! Well I wanted to try it n now I never want another ever again!

Ordered breakfast online, and had no trouble paying for a rather large order. I do this once a week on Sundays and was near this location, so I figured it's a Burger King what could go wrong? So ordered through their app and it went smoothly. I went to pick it up, and they said they stopped serving breakfast already at 1030, it was 1034. I said I had an order from half an hour ago, and it's only four minutes past 1030, also why didn't the app say that they stopped breakfast at 1030 not 1100 like the ones I have been to in the past? They said they stop at 1030. I asked if they could do something since I paid already and it was FOUR minutes. They informed me that they had sold everything they had for breakfast. I asked for a refund and they said it's not their app so I would have to deal with it myself. Overall not very considerate or pleasant to someone who buys over 60 dollars worth of food every Sunday and God knows how much in a week. So I went to McDonald's. They were very nice, helped me get the right order, and brought it to me when it was ready. I guess I'll just switch to them. All I can say is Customer service goes a long way and I may not be able to destroy Burger King in Old Forge but I know I won't go there again. I can go to Scranton or Pittston if I have to, but probably McDonald's. I hope this helps someone from wasting their time and money there. I know I'll let everyone know what happened and review them wherever I can. Maybe they will see it and work to improve. I can hope.

July 18, 2023. #1. The only way to get on site post stars, so before I start I want it known I remind Star. Burger King doesn't deserve even 1 star. I ordered soda, ice cream cone and order of nuggets. Paid and at window got soda and ice cream. Asked to pull on side which I did and after 25 minutes called inside, explained situation and was told they would get me fresh order and bring out. After another 20Minutes pulled over to take out window and advised to 2 clueless boys entire problem at which point they asked WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED.? Needless to say m patience was gone. I told them no longer wanted anything from BK and I intend to speak with management in the morning. My expecting of a responsible conversation is extremely low

Premade whoppers are like paper mache. They look great on their commercial but in reality they’re terrible! All dried up from sitting waiting to be reheated. I don’t eat there any longer.

This was horrible. I went in did my order on the kiosk and the manager Richard was very rude. He was throwing fries at his employees called one of them stupid. The bathroom was dirty tables all dirty I won’t ever go back
