I usually get great pizza and wings but this time it was so greasy. It had a pool of oil sitting on top of both pies and the wings barely had any sauce. Idk for the price it used to be worth it, now its just an over priced stomach ache.

Since I've moved to Old Forge one year ago I've been pretty bummed about the lack of good food around here. My husband who has been an Old Forge native for decades raved about this pizza being the best there is. And it totally is! Not just in Old Forge either. Really good and delicious NY pizza. In fact, I am waiting patiently for 4 pm now to order a few pies. Lol. Owners are awesome too. Was craving their pizza Superbowl Sunday when they were super busy, and they still made the time somehow to make ours. Love you guys for all that you do!

Nothing! The drivers are sweet as can be but the owner is the most miserable person I have ever met! She thinks you are doing her a favor to order from her! Her place is filthy from what I hear of employees. I just received the rudest comment from the owners fiancé because I was calling for an hour and the message says they are open today 2-9. She would answer the phone and scream at you. Then post that I should look up the google hours!

Was told an hour for delivery. Pizza came two hours after order, cold. Will never order food from here again.

Missing food in delivery (okay it happens). Contacted Slice, the platform they use for their online orders) because I couldn't get a hold of Ciccone's and they told Slice to tell the customer to "call back in a half hour because we're busy!" Then, found out the worker failed to "scroll all the way down" to see the full order. All while being very rude over the phone. Slice offered a food credit but no apology or anything from Ciccone's. I hope the driver got the full tip from this order!

I have ordered several times from Ciccone's. Everytime food is fantastic. Staff is awesome. First time for bites. Absolutely will not be the last. Some of the best I've had in the area. Highly recommend you try Ciccone's. I know I will keep it in my phone on speed dial.

Had a great stromboli here a few months ago and decided to order two, hot wing subs. Asked for ranch in addition to the blue cheese. Didn't get any sauce so when we went back for it the cashier questioned us rudely until her coworker corrected her and said it was their mistake. The food was bland but expensive. $20 for two mediocre sandwiches cashier didn't want to give us sauce for. Done.

When my food arrived, the inside of the bag was covered in hot sauce from boneless bites, which also covered my cheesesteak and cheese fries. In other words, my food was tainted with the hot sauce, was completely cold, and the bleu cheese container busted and spilled onto the bites and I’m not supposed to have bleu cheese so that was very disappointing.

We never had a bad experience until tonight...kept us waiting for 20 minutes past the time we were told then wouldn't even let my 4 year old son use the bathroom. Very disappointed .
