Always issues with this location! Tonight ordered a simple nugget and burger through the drive thru. Got to the window asked if we could pull forward...mind you thru do this ALL THE TIME! no one was behind us so I simply said no thank you. With that the girl at the window went psycho...calling me disrespectful etc...food came out during this...I took it smiled and said goodnight and pulled off.... SHE CHASED AFTER MY CAR CURSING AND THREATENING ME that I had to call law enforcement...DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!

Just took a huge mouthful of the milk from my grandson's Happy meal milk and it was super-sour......10 min of wrenching and vomited once. Weird thing is, the expir date is march 26. Thank god our 4yr old didnt drink it.

There is ALWAYS an issue when getting food here. They always either get the orders wrong or forget to place the items you ordered in your bag . Choose another location. Don't come here.

That sausage egg biscuit today was one of the worst things I've had in a long time. I asked for a round egg instead of the fake oil based folded eggs to avoid the chemicals and I got multiple egg shells in it! Not to mention the biscuit was so dry. UGH never again McDonald's food isn't anything like it used to be. 🤢

Waited 45 minutes for our food. In the drive thru, was told to park because they were finishing cooking up our order. 2 items were missing. Finally got them and everything was COLD. This location is one of the worst locations in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area.

These workers that worked the afternoon shift on October 24th 2025 should be ashamed of themselves calling the cops on an innocent 13 year old and having him arrested all because he was being a kid that never gets in trouble and is always buying food in that specific McDonald’s!! But god doesn’t like ugly you reap what you sow!!! Let it be your child one day!!! I highly recommend anyone to not buy from this McDonald’s and boycott it!!!!

They like to do the thing were they ask you to pull into a spot and wait 15mins for you food then its cold when they give it to you. Just sit in the drive thru, there wasn't even anyone behind me
So I guess apparently they just act as teenage babysitters, considering they just let a bunch of them loiter in the restaurant being loud and not even buying anything. The employees are apparently also friends with them and just let them do whatever they want. STAY VERY FAR AWAY from this location.

Horrible service, food is always messed up or something is always missing and the managers are rude and don't care about the customers. Never had a problem at any other Mc Donald's. Accidents do happen but come on all the time !!! Step your game up its not that hard to prepare food !!

The restaurant doors were locked in a Friday night at 9pm. We went through the drive thru and got cold fries and a half made Big Mac that was missing most of what makes it a Big Mac. Horrible McDonald’s.
