Walked in to order some food, no one working the counter, one overwhelmed employee walking around completely confused, several people standing around wondering what was going on, when I asked an employee if I could order something to eat, she said she was on break and ignored me, at that point myself and three other customers just left. How this place is still open for business is amazing. Don't go here if you're hungry because it's a train wreck

Ordered on the kiosk and took plackard to my table for eating in. About 5 minutes later another customer saw order in a bag on the front counter. And alerted me. I guess it would have stayed there all day if I hadn’t gone up to get it. Why bother pretending that the order is going to be delivered to the table?

I went through the drive-through and asked for a ham egg and cheese bagel meal with an orange juice. The woman taking the order was very friendly. I got to the second window and they told me to please go and park on the side in number three and I asked for ketchup with my meal. The girl said OK. I waited more than 10 minutes and the person bringing the food out came by my car twice with the wrong orders. There was someone waiting longer than me who had been ahead of me. She asked what I ordered, and I told her and five minutes later, she came out with my order. The bagel was not even warmed up. It was just a plain bagel falling apart with one very thin, slice of ham and the egg and cheese. This is very unfortunate that you pay $11 for a meal and end up with something almost inedible.

Visit 1- I ordered two milk shakes and waited over 50 minutes to get two milk shakes that are melted and just sad .
Visit 2 -i was eating with my friends I went up to get a napkin and a kid walked to my table and ate 7 of my fries and I told the people at the front desk thinking they would at least throw them out or replace my fries but NOPE they let the kids stay the kids got away they should of been kicked out! I'm a germaphobe so this is absolutely Unacceptable!!

Only get coffee in am but coffee is cold , they dont put in what you ask , and today something floating in it so disgusting . It isn't like it is a hard job let's take some pride in your job you do collect a paycheck and be on alert guys they double charge on debit cards so check it out
I got 2 fish sandwiches and fries. The fish wasnt on the bun but in the bottom of the container.and the bun just thrown on top.. the fries werent cooked all the way and for what they charge they should just close this store or get someone who knows how to run a restraunt

We placed our order through the inside kiosk and paid for it. A quarter pounder, large drink, and a mc'chicken value meal. We were waiting for our order when an older couple placed an order. Then, an employee came in and ordered for his friend using his employee discount( I heard the supervisor on duty say that it was a discount meal to the girl on the register and that she had to do it). After that, 2 more orders are placed at the kiosk and three at the register. We were still waiting for our food after all those orders were placed, which took 6 to 10 minutes. About 3 minutes after the last order was placed, they started serving food. The employee discount meal first, then the older couple and 2 more orders placed after the employee discount meal. So 4 of the 7 meals ordered after us were served before ours. My fries and chicken sandwich were just warm when they were given to us. The service was definitely subpar and done with favoritism. Really crappy service which affected the quality of our meal.
