I waited eleven minutes for a small smoothie that I order through the app and it wasn’t at the mobile order pick up window either. Other customers were waiting for up to a half hour for their food. All while a young girl was there talking to her mom from the back as her mom is packing an order and reading the screen for accuracy. They were also other people there to correct their orders Not professional at all.

So often it's wrong even when you correct them. Charging for the wrong thing. When you get your food tho and if it's correct it's definitely good so I keep trying again and again to see if they can do better lol

If there was a number to corporate I would be calling. There is no reason for a drive thru worker to hold up a line because they want to chit chat and then fist pump goodbye. This McDonald's is the worst FAST FOOD place there is. It takes them at least 15- 20 minutes for a customer to place order then get it. Other customers will drive away because the wait is that long. It's suppose to be a fast food place but there is nothing fast about it.
Read before going through the drive-through. I've been a fan of McDonald's since I was a kid. As many have. I couldn't tell you how many of them or the countless visits. I do not like to leave bad reviews and honestly gave a higher score than I normally would because most of the workers have been nice. Due to this location being close to my job, I've had to deal with them. Most of the workers are nice. Food average for them. BUT, the drive-through 9 out of 10 times is infuriating. I deal with it, but if you read this and you're in a hurry, DO NOT risk drive through if there's more than 2 cars. This is what me and 2 of my friends have had happen repeatedly. I place the order, pull up, pay, I am given the drinks, and told there's a wait for fries or the burgers. Not a problem. So you pull around to the spot they say. Now watch the clock. Keep watching. Waiting. So now they like to forget about you. My average wait is 10 to 15 mins. Once I'm not joking, it was 22 mins. McDonald's has this thing where they hurry and park you if it's going to be a bit waiting for items to be cooked because their registers have a timer. If the timer says there are not moving people quick enough, they get in trouble by the owners and corporate. As soon as you pull around, your timer stops. The system says you got your stuff and left. That's why. It's not to be nice and get the next customer. It's the numbers. Most McDonald's the wait isn't bad and understandable. If I had a trophy I'd give it to them for the worst McDonald's drive-through . My hope is one day Corporate or the owners The Mullers will one day catch all their ......crap really and I'll get to go there and get my stuff and go. Yes I could go in, but where I work, I get covered in grease and don't like to be like that in public. I'm sure that's understandable. So go in, but remember the drive-through is a gamble.

Lately everytime we come here has been a mistake old food even though the drive through is wrapped we have gotten food we didn't order and not received food that was ordered contantly waiting there is no service at the counter at night I used to love this McDonald's now it's almost become last resort and a hassle to purchase from more times than not I'd rather spend more at a place I enjoy less
