Went for the first time tonight and will not be returning because I don't know why they are not using real whipped cream because when you put it in your mouth it has a greasy texture! The serving size of a were small and priced too high for the quality of ingredients.

We had a five-star drive thru experience followed by a three-star one, so I averaged the two. To start, the ice cream itself is fantastic. The service, however, looks like it depends on the night. A few weeks ago, it was packed, but you wouldnât know it with how fast and perfectly you got your ice cream. The girl at the window was so sweet. We didnât even hesitate to tip. Tonight, we waited almost 20 minutes with only one car in front of us, only to find three girls laughing at the window and our order had been melting on the counter the entire time. We were handed the visibly dripping ice cream and I had to ask for napkins, as we werenât offered any. Delicious ice cream, inconsistent staff.

1st time I tried this place. Flurrie snickers extremely stale, also visibly stale pale brown chocolate, and cup filled 1.5â from top. Most places have it coming over the top. Whipped cream on banana split was thick and almost sour, not sweet at all. Staff not very friendly. Everything else just ok. Probably last time

What a gem in our community. If you havenât tried Piccâs ice cream do yourself a favor and stop by! The Piccolini family is the best and we are grateful.
