We had a five-star drive thru experience followed by a three-star one, so I averaged the two. To start, the ice cream itself is fantastic. The service, however, looks like it depends on the night. A few weeks ago, it was packed, but you wouldn’t know it with how fast and perfectly you got your ice cream. The girl at the window was so sweet. We didn’t even hesitate to tip. Tonight, we waited almost 20 minutes with only one car in front of us, only to find three girls laughing...

1st time I tried this place. Flurrie snickers extremely stale, also visibly stale pale brown chocolate, and cup filled 1.5” from top. Most places have it coming over the top. Whipped cream on banana split was thick and almost sour, not sweet at all. Staff not very friendly. Everything else just ok. Probably last time

Always delicious ice cream 🍦 and the friendliest service ever! My favorite is chocolate peanut butter ice cream and they also have vegan chocolate peanut butter ice cream for my BFF. What a gem in our community. If you haven’t tried Picc’s ice cream do yourself a favor and stop by! The Piccolini family is the best and we are grateful.
