This place was an awesome spot to stop for breakfast. I was in town for the Triumph National Rally at the Oley fairgrounds and a friend and me decided to come here on a recommendation for breakfast. It did not disappoint. I tried to tackle the 2 super pancakes breakfast, despite the waitresses warning and they were right as I could only finish 1 of the pancakes as they are huge and thick. The food was awesome and the prices were even better as we both ate a very filling breakfast for under $30 for the two of us.
This would have been a 5 star review if not for the fact that this place is cash only. Thankfully, because I was in town for a swap meet event I had cash on me but normally I do not carry much of any cash. I get it, with all the rising costs of processing fees and everything else but as a business owner myself, that is your cost of doing business. By you saying we don't accept cards but here's an ATM, you are saying we want your money but we want to pass the fee or our cost of doing business onto you the customer when those are fees the business should absorb.

Food was excellent.
Service was a little slow.It was a slower time so I wasn't sure why that was the case but we'll be back for the huge pancakes.

Nice friendly place!
Great food and friendly staff . Timely too if you’re just stopping in on lunch .
When even McDonald's has better biscuits, there's a problem. This place is a hole in the wall you'd miss if you blinked.. The service was fine. They use Pilsbury frozen biscuits (you can tell by the unmistakable taste). The sausage gravy was ok, but could use more flavor. Home fries needed to be cooked longer.
Friendly staff. Good sized portions. Not sure if they are, but the eggs taste very fresh (hey - it’s Oley. Farms everywhere- if a place serves eggs around here they should be local and fresh.). Cash only establishment but there is an ATM on site. One thing - I like hot tea with honey and sometimes the honey packets aren’t that good. Dark and gloppy(it’s probably fine - just unappetizing looking as it’s dropping into my tea). I know you probably have to buy a hundred at a time and don’t give out that much so (just a suggestion), it might be better to just not offer it. I consider it a “bonus condiment” lol. If server says “sorry we don’t have honey”and I end up using sugar - it’s not a big deal…and I would have just stopped writing after my compliment lol. I do love your place. It’s cozy.
I only stopped in for breakfast. Excellent portions and even accommodated crispy home fries!
I was on a job site a few miles away and even stopped to have my coffee refilled the following two days. I've never had gas station coffee I enjoyed, and I have never had diner coffee that I did not like.
The service was fast even when it was busy in there, and the staff was beyond friendly. If they did not enjoy working there, they did a heck of a job not showing it. Smiles all over, great small talk, and just good people all around.
