Was lied to about my coffee and what was in it.(Flavor, sugars, creams.) Even after I asked to double check. She assured us she made them correctly. And of course, it's easy to taste the difference between French vanilla and butter pecan. But what do I know? I'm only a paying customer. Why would I want what I paid for? 10/10 would NEVER return.

I go to several different locations. They vary on consistency and service. Some of them are great, others, you won't see me in again.
Currently, the dunkin donut location that is thee best on service, quality and a great cup of coffee is ,the one located on Lancaster Ave @ kenhorst Blvd.
Never had a bad, cold, or old tasting cup of coffee. Other locations are on rt.272 in Ephrata, oley along rt. 73.
The hit or miss are, on paper mill rd.(depends who's making the cup of coffee) mulenburg near sam's club, and I don't step foot in the Leesport location or the douglasville location. Terrible coffee, cold not enough sweetener. Leesport location employee has a really bad attitude. I called and complained, and the owner called me back ,and said she knew who I was talking about and she had several other complaints about HIM. And she handled it. We really had a nice conversation. She was informative and professional. I really appreciated it.
I understand they are franchises and they are all ran differently, that's why I gave only 4 ⭐️'s instead of 5. The key is consistency!

Last time I was there me and some of my friends ordered munchkins and 30 minutes later we ask if they had gotten the order. They had told us they got the order and proceeded to say they didn’t have anymore because they just gave the last of them away right as we walked up there. So we said ok, than this worker Isaac keeps trying to keep his shit up and says “just because you make an online order doesn’t mean it’s going to appear in the display” and that set us off. We walked away and he talked to the others kids about us walking away. These workers should not be acting like that. I don’t ever want to step foot there again

Went inside to order...only 1 person ahead of me, who had already been waited on...about 6 employees (young, teens) standing around, talking to friends, playing around on their phones. Wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there. I walked out, will try another Dunkin location.
Extremely rude staff. We waited for a long time for our order while 7 employees were standing around. I asked where the rest of our order was and was told oh we don't have that. Then why didn't you say something sooner instead of just standing around staring at customers.

Excellent Dunkin’. Fastest drive through for a coffee shop I’ve ever been to.
Staff is extremely rude, they didn't even offer to take our order and made us use the tablet, giving us nothing but dirty looks. When I was given my coffee, it had tons of sugar (which i had only asked for a little), my cup was cracked, and there was a hair wrapped around the cup (was not mine). The ceiling was leaking onto the floor, and there was no wet floor sign. But this place is apparently animal friendly, considering the ants on the window sill were having a great time.

16oz of plain hot coffee shouldn’t cost more than a gallon of gas.! Inflated greed for highway robbery.!
Thanks
This location is terrible. I’ve had too many unsavory purchases here. I am officially boycotting this location. A few weeks ago, I went in for my kids who were super thirsty on a hot spring afternoon. Three associates were working. Two of them were being entertained by the associate taking orders from drive-thru. That associate was mocking all the customer orders as if speaking into their headset directly to customers but then turning charm back on when actually responding to the customers. I won’t repeat what that individual said because it’s not rated G. I watched this engagement longer than I wanted to which was until one of the other two realized I was at the register. The order was incorrectly fulfilled. Shocker huh? I called DD’s customer service number to share the experience. I was told the GM would reach out to me. I didn’t really want that. Though, I allowed myself to anticipate that call. Guess what? I never got a call. If I really want to get DD again, I’ll just go to the zillion other locations nearby. I guess DD doesn’t care about your experience when they have that many locations.

Can we start shutting down corporate companies that clearly won't staff Their businesses. For instance, places that you don't have to wait fifteen minutes for a cup of coffee because you have one employee running around inside.
