Louis pizzaRefuses to honor numerous Local Flavor Certificates worth hundreds of dollars.They should be reminded that honoring certificates will be a hell of a lot cheaper than hiring a defense attorney,For which they are guaranteed to lose. In writing, good for 5 years by law !.
