It saddens me to have to write this review. We moved to the area about 4 years ago and Kold Kup was our go to for delicious frozen treats. I’m not sure if management has changed hands or what but wow has the service taken a dump to say the least. Often we will go in and there will be several workers standing around while one struggles to fill our order. We’ve seen families of four come in and the first one is done with their ice cream before the last one gets theirs. Again, while staff stands around and never jumps in to help. I’d like to say it’s due to the youth of the staff but I watch the owner walk past the long line as well never jumping in to assist. Very unhappy with the service. We really don’t like to write a bad review…we loved this place! Hoping they read this and perhaps make some changes. We really don’t want to have to take our business elsewhere.

Well I must say that this place is very nice ? you can get lunch or dinner ? with good prices and then get your favorite icecream ? after if you're not full from the good meal ?.
Was there tonight and got a cheese steak, breaded cauliflower, and cheesy bacon fries , and my wife wanted a simple cold tuna sandwich and when we got the order her sandwich was toasted and it should of just been on plain bread not toasted so she didn't eat it and didn't want me to take it back to tell them , but you would think whoever made it would know a cold tuna sandwich does not get toasted

When you ask for sprinkles lol and get a sprinkle on ice cream they always mess up orders , over priced small portions, food is dry Staff is always ignorant. They need to hire ppl that can cook and dip a cone full of sprinkles ,it's not hard especially being charged extra for sprinkles....

Very good ice cream and diner food. If you're looking for quick, easy and always good, it's a great stop. They have an outdoor window where you can order from and utilize their covered outdoor seating area. You can also go in to order and eat in the dining room. With its ease of access from 487 and great hours of operation, it makes it a stop that can't be beat. The staff is always wonderful and attentive as well.
