Won't find a better seafood place than this!
Nice place, we went out to celebrate some life accomplishments. This place is a lot pricier than something I’d usually go to, having been a chef, I can make pretty much whatever I want at home.
We had a res at 8, restaurant was busy, took 15 minutes for a server and waters. Another 20 for drinks to come out, so it’s already getting a little close to them closing. I’ll say the drinks were strong, which I’m a fan of. I’d say the appetizers came out at 9.
The featured oysters were fine, the escargot was good. The bus boy smacked me in the leg with a chair he was moving but I didn’t make any sort of issue about it, not the end of the world, mistakes happen.
Dinner was a different story. The veal was recommended all over the reviews page, so we split the fried veal and the broiled seafood platter. Never had a stranger meal in my life. The scallops were either dipped in sand, or they didn’t bother to was them, likely the latter. The rest was just cold and tasteless. I don’t waste food, so it was eaten. The veal we couldn’t handle. It was just soaked in oil, tasted like carnival food.
I never complain, I don’t like free stuff. But when the waitress asked how everything was and I had to be honest. She thought I was joking at first. The manager came over, she was very nice and apologetic. Comped the veal and two drinks I believe. Also gave us a gift card but I’m just going to give that to someone else to use.
I hate that this place wasn’t what I had hoped for because on the way I expressed to my partner how great it would be to finally find a great new to us restaurant. Maybe next time.
Randall's provides a delightful dining experience with a warm atmosphere, attentive staff, and a menu full of fresh, flavorful dishes. Every bite is a testament to quality and craftsmanship, making it a highly recommended culinary destination for a memorable meal.
Great meal and service!!!
Waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged at our table. At that point asked for a server! Then waited another 10 minutes to get water. Scallops were spoiled. Tasted like ammonia. At least my husband knew this meant they were spoiled and did not eat any more of them. There were 3 of us. Two ordered scallops. So only one person got a meal. All 3 of us had to eat that. No offer to get us other food. Server said he would be surprised if they were bad because they served a lot of them. Guess a lot of people got food poisoning this past weekend! They did comp one dessert. Which is pretty insulting. Will not go back and we even have a gift certificate. Not going to take any chances again!
A family favorite! Excellent food and attentive service. Can't wait to go back!
Great food, great service.

Not worth the money we spent. Our waitress was amazing but the food for the price was mediocre at best. Escargot had some breaded cheese crust on top that took away the taste. Lobster francaise was underwhelming. It'll be a while if we go back at all!!!

This would mark the first restaurant I was ever basically kicked out of! Myself and a few friends went for a night out- ironically this was a location we were scoping out for a rather large dinner in the future. We hoped to check out the food and atmosphere while making sure they could hold a group of 30 for an anniversary dinner. First, we were rushed through dinner. My food was packaged before I was even done. Our bill for 4 people was $300 dollars. I asked to speak to management afterward as I was infuriated. It served as a useless conversation. A word to ownership. When you run your customers out I can assure you they won’t return! We ended up hosting a large dinner for 30 people to a restaurant that was deserving of our business. I wish you the best of luck! Odds are if you keep treating your guests so rudely eventually you won’t have any! Cheers!
Very overpriced for mid tier food. Steak was good cut but unseasoned, but my main complaint that the sauces were completely incorrect. We ordered bordelaise sauce, bleu cheese Demi, and Bernaise sauce; the bordelaise was not even close, it was just brown gravy. The blue cheese Demi was the same gravy with bleu cheese crumbles in it. The Bernaise sauce was broken upon arrival as a bowl of oil and unemulsified sauce.
On top of that, the oysters from the oyster special had been shucked so long before they came out that they had dried out and started to shrivel slightly, as well as the crispy brussel sprouts being pretty unseasoned. Maybe just an off night on the restaurants part, but a very disappointing meal to celebrate a birthday.

This conveniently located building believe it or not is almost 200yrs old. It came from a redesigned Queen Victoria hotel and now has multiple dining rooms which can allow for pleasant family occasions!
Ours was some kind of private room that felt like something in a vacation. It was nice and quiet, even though the door to the rest of the restaurant was open. The server was okay but he did smell like cigarettes. I was under the impression that this is NOT that kind of restaurant.
The food wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. I liked the salmon but goodness did the mozzarella sticks and chicken parm leave some flavor to be desired.
I hate to say that because the atmosphere in this place is wonderful. The candles and flowers are such a cute touch along with the dim lighting.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are not clearly described, labeled, or highlighted in the menu.
Parking: On a busy Saturday night, the parking lot was pretty full but I was still able to find an open spot.

We had a wonderful dinner at Randall's. For starters, my husband had the oyster special appetizer, and I had a salad. Both were very tasty. Enjoyed a French Fig martini, nice twist on a classic. We both had surf & turf as the main course. Lobster & steaks were cooked perfectly. Best steak we've had in a while. Only down side was the vegetable side. They served baby carrots the day we were there. They were steamed, unseasoned, and just felt like they didn't belong at the fine restaurant. The potato of the day was a version of scalloped potatoes that were very good. We had lemon meringue pie and the flourless chocolate torte for dessert. They were a great ending to a fantastic meal! I would recommend it for any occasion.
