We just had a WONDERFUL dinner Randalls in Orefield PA.. our server was VERY nice and SUPER helpful... the beef tips melted in our mouths... thank you again for a wonderful dinner... cant wait to return!! AAA+++!!!!
The service was excellent! The drinks and food were great. My only comment is that the vegetable of the day seems to always be served plain. In this case, steamed carrots. They were fine, but I often wonder why they make a unique and delicious entree and potato but serve the vegetable plain?

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel that the management team should be made aware of my experience. I was so excited to try this restaurant for my first time on Valentine’s Day. Upon our arrival the hosts and staff seemed so friendly I totally had a great vibe! I watched an adorable happy server greet the table next to us welcoming her guests, explaining the specials, the drinks and desserts, spreading positivity and love. By this point I was so excited. Then our server came walking over.. She is an older lady, did not even give us her name. Rushed us to order drinks with no greeting what so ever. Did not make us feel welcomed at all. Probably judged us because we’re a younger couple, I’m guessing the holiday of love made her miserable and some times people think because we’re young we won’t tip… I am a server and manager at a restaurant and my fiance is in the industry as well so… WRONG. We then got some appetizers, the lobster cocktail being one and my fiancé got quite a few large shells that really hurt his teeth. We don’t complain but he just wanted to show her on his napkin to make her aware. She than picked up the shells that he had in his mouth with her bare hands and made him feel stupid ?? The rest of the meal was just painful, slow and grumpy service on the one night off from being parents. I even saw her snap on a Busser that looked a quarter of her age and he looked so uncomfortable. I just hate bullies and I think it’s her time to get out of food service and maybe look into being a cashier at Boscovs. More her vibe. If we ever come back I’ll be looking for the sweet spunky Curley haired girl that provides an enjoyable dining experience.

My wife and I are empty nesters and dine out frequently. We’ve wanted to go to Randall’s for quite awhile and finally went for Valentines. Really nice experience and we’ll definitely be going back. Food was prepared perfectly and arrived quickly although we didn’t feel rushed. We ordered the Seafood Combination. It was an excellent choice (if you like seafood) and the price was very reasonable. The value was exceptional. From the moment we were greeted walking in the door until the check arrived, we were very satisfied with our experience…
