We had a function today, and ordered 2 dozen donuts and two cartons of coffee. from the Oxford store yesterday. Thanks to Kim and her staff, everything was perfect. The coffee was hot, the donuts delicious, the order was ready on time and all of the condiments were packaged for us. Kudos to a job well done.

Think they need to update the hours. Sign and website says 5:30am lobby WRONG.

Don’t bother.
They are never open and when they are you will end up sitting for atleast 10 minutes even when there was a no one in front of you.

you've gotta have a talk with the employees. Please ask them to stop wearing smelly hand lotions, and fragrances. It gets all over the coffee lids and stinks bad. it's literally straight out the drive-through window, and into the garbage can it stinks so bad. would think that would be common sense in a training manual. hasn't happened just once here.

Would rather go to redners and get a Donut there. Which is a very clean store with pleasant employees.

Don’t bother going to duckin donuts for a donut at 6:25 at night. Apparently they toss out all the unsold donuts even though they don’t close until 7pm!! Like have a product that’s in your name available until you actually close is a WILD CONCEPT!!

I have read these reviews and perhaps some are legit, especially the rude male. But, the manager is trying to train him correctly and I think he’s on the spectrum. Most of the days I go to this Dunkin the service is great and the coffee and my fresh bagel are great. Go to the North East, MD Dunkin and you’ll find horrible service and stale bagels.
This Dunkin finally has it together after a couple of years of lazy staff.
I drive the extra distance from NE to get better service and food.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because last time, which was the first time I went and the girl was very friendly. Today I ordered my drink with cold foam, and he put it on the counter with no cold foam. Having the hectic night I had, I wasn't about to complain until he gave me a dirty look. I said it there a problem and he said you were looking at the drink weird. Like a smart ass. I said well I ordered cold foam, and I wasn't going complain, he took the coffee rather aggressively, and basically threw it back at me. Again, I had a long night and wasn't about to ask for a refund, but maybe we need to have a talk with staff on customer service. From what I can see on the reviews your franchise is lacking in that department.

I came in this morning, Excited to start my day and grab my coffee, But when I walked in there was a cashier that was eyeing me down when I walked in then gave her my coffee order and was very rude like , And completely unprofessional her tone and her body language. Didn’t even let me finish my order she kept cutting me off not only to me and my friend. This Dunkin needs to work on the customer service this is completely uncalled for .

Don't order from here. Drive thru is terrible. Ordered a large hot macchiato received a cold half filled coffee. When I complained attendant just looked at me.

The 2 works both ladies do not know what they are doing they are so slow. Orders are incorrect this is worst Dunkin in the area in general
