Ordered 20 Halloween Munchkin donut holes and was given regular glazed. Very sad 😢

Save your time and money and just go elsewhere this place isn’t worth it. Should’ve kept this place shut down

Absolutely wonderful service, really appreciate how Kim, the store manager, was hands on and accommodated my needs. Everyone there was really nice and working hard. Food was fresh and hot. The place was very clean, bathrooms and all.

Under staffed and waiting 20 min for an order (as were the others that ordered.) A couple people just left and then they closed the place down. Service is always sub par and restaurant is unclean. Better off going to any other dunkin

8/25/24 I sat in line at the drive through for 20 minutes before they came out and told us they were closed. There were people had of us that sat in line for 30+ minutes before anything was said

The lady got my order wrong witch is no big deal, but when I said to please give me my things pushed them in to my hands with enough force to brake one of the cups, flattened my sandwich and spill my coffee witch was in my hand already. The the lady working the drive threw 3-17-24 drop that chip on your shoulder!!! I will be calling your HR and emailing them the video. That should never be aloud. You don't like the public then don't work for DD! NEED TODO BETTER

I been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and it’s insane how over time you can see the rise and fall of an establishment I walked in today and was blown away by the lack of, well, everything lol. Being Understaffed is never easy but there wasn’t a single donut on the shelf, employees don’t wear uniforms or even hats which is just unsanitary, and the dining area looked like a tumbleweed could have rolled through, honestly it’s probably managements fault but place has gone extremely downhill.

New management and the staff is already noticeably friendlier. Had 2 online orders in 10 days, and they remembered
