Absolutely wonderful service, really appreciate how Kim, the store manager, was hands on and accommodated my needs. Everyone there was really nice and working hard. Food was fresh and hot. The place was very clean, bathrooms and all.
I wanted to leave this review right away so you can see who was at the register and give them some praise. Super sweet man cheered me up from a very very bad day. Thank you. (Clearly understaffed and handling it like a champ) I need to add these were the freshest tasting Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had in years I’m never going to the one near here ever again.
I walked into this Dunkin at 2:40 PM on July 3rd. I was met by one of the friendliest employees you could staff. I've never seen her before, but this is the type of individual that can change the direction of a store, in a positive manner. The food item I wanted couldn't be made, due to a lack of wraps. Not the end of the world, I selected something different. My food was awesome and I ordered two drinks. My favorite, and the Turtle Latte to try. They both were fantastic....
