Great soft serve ice cream. I see a lot of reviews about the older ladies being rude. They were very polite to me and my wife. Their politeness is one of the reasons i would go back.

J’s custard is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. I recently went to a family party where somebody brought Rita’s water ice. That person is now dead to me. I left the party immediately and drove my Corolla like it was Han Solo’s Millennium Falcon directly to J’s for my large root beer gelati with extra sprinkles. The kind woman in the window whipped that ish up so immaculate, she oughtta be on effin cake boss. Or ice cream boss. idfk. This place slays. I used to be in shape, but after we get the kids to bed, I tell my wife I’m going to run a work errand and I slaughter a quart of their water ice in the parking lot behind the dumpster. The only negative I have to say about this place is that they won’t let me stand with my mouth open underneath the custard machine while my girl D-Pres hammers the throttle. Something about “health code standards” or something idk, I’m a little hard of hearing due to the J’s-inflicted diabetes. #worthit

July 2023, this was my first experience this season. I had a 4 star review posted for a few years the icecream was good and i felt you got your moneyworth. Today changed my thoughts! I can't believe a small Hot fudge Sunday, with nuts and without whipped cream cost over $7 and looked like this. I absolutely recommend going elsewhere.

This was always my go to ice cream place. Great ice cream. However the older lady working here has a terrible attitude. Two occasions I’ve dealt with her now and she was very rude both times. Wouldn’t let me finish my order without cutting me off and just being downright nasty. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. You’re losing customers because of her.
One star only because ice cream is good. Rude older woman taking orders always has a bad attitude and still expects tips lol

Love the ice cream but one time when I ordered I got cursed out by the old lady and when I got my water ice one time I found 7 knats and 2 whole flies in my water ice! Also another time, I ordered vanilla ice cream and got chocolate! Bad place!
