0/10 bad customer service. As soon as we walked in the door the lady with glasses came from outside couldn’t say excuse me while passing through us. she gave my boyfriend a dirty look, and rolled her eyes. While checking out she kept giving me dirty looks. She was too worry about giving me dirty looks that she messed up my order. My boyfriend called for it to be corrected because they didnt put our blue cheese that we paid for, for our wings and as soon as were walking through the door after driving back 10 min she said “thats so dunb why they coming back for just blue cheese “ as the mist of us walking in as shes sitting down not doing her job once again we told the others about it and all they said was have a good day. spent $48 for super salty pepperoni pizza

Victor Mascali made my night. The moment I entered the restaurant I was immediately fulfilled by the mere presence of Victor Mascali. He seated me in an instant and delivered my beverage. I ordered the steak and after being perfectly grilled by Victor Mascali, I consumed it leaving no crumbs. Victor Mascali took note of my every need, providing refills and excellent service during the busiest of times. Victor Mascali is the embodiment of what true passion in the workplace looks like. Won’t deliver 14mins from location because they haven’t heard of my town 😂
My wife orders food the ppl answering the phone can never get an order right to save their lives. I go to pick my food and my order is completely wrong. This isn’t the 1st time for me. The food isn’t that great but they are charging like a 5 star restaurant while providing horrible service.

Don’t bother ordering for delivery, they messed up my burger and told me they would send out the toppings they missed on my burger, so they made the delivery driver come back out for onion and lettuce, and the driver was rude when she dropped off the toppings they missed.

too expensive for mid level food. 50 dollars for two wraps and wings, and wings were burnt and crusty, and wraps had barely any dressing. the girls working were very nice but the man with them was rude. i am not coming back again. would rather make the food myself, would be cheaper with a better experience

The food is pretty good. I would say above average. The prices are competitive, and the people are very friendly when you go in to pick stuff up. I’ve eaten here several times over the past few years and everything I’ve gotten has been pretty good.
