Every time I go they always forget to put my sauces in the bag. They act as if the sauces are theirs I paid for them. Today I asked for sauces and they said they were there but of course they weren’t worst customer services

The tortilla for my breakfast burrito was stale and hard. One of the two was luke warm at best, sevice was fast and friendly. The floor and bathroom were dirty and floor was sticky.

This place sucks! Do-not go here! I thought the Wendy's across the street was bad, until I decided to try this place one day with a friend. Incompetent staff who don't care about their jobs and are very rude and disrespectful to customers. Can it get and worse than that? I don't think so! There are so many awful things to comment about, but I think you get my point. Avoid this place like the Plague. Have a Blessed day....

Take the 6 extra minutes and drive to the one in Jennersville. The food is consistently cold and the soda machine is always out of co2. They always get orders wrong and forget sauces. Go to Jennersville if you have a McDonald’s craving

I think it’s absolutely atrocious to have people working for you that speak 0 English. All 3 of your employees, looked at me in my face and told me “okay” as if they understood what I first said to them and obviously how my food came out shows nothing was heard or understood. I understand some people aren’t well versed, but what if this was over an allergy and 3 of your employees “understood”?
Went through dt, started giving our order to one employee, and then a different employee got on and asked us to start n over. Then they forgot the happy meal. The fries were hot and fresh....

The past several times I’ve ordered a chocolate milkshake it comes out mostly with vanilla ice cream and hardly any chocolate. Mind you a M shake is $5. Not sure if the employees are rushing to get food out the window or are just lazy.

Usually the food is good. They used to mess up my orders a lot but recently it has been better. I think the management here really needs to be stepped up. There’s too many people standing around waiting for things, rather than helping the people up at the register. It’s very frustrating having to wait 5+ minutes to be helped inside after my order has been messed up. And for the staff to not be apologetic, and kind of just rush through the interaction, it makes the experience much more dissatisfying.

Came to eat dinner, ordered 2 mcdouble meals for myself and my husband, in our order one of the nuggets was not fully cooked due to being stuck to another nugget, which can possibly get someone sick. Do better mcdonalds.

Dirty as hell , had to clean my own table. And I asked for a water and they said they don’t give out waters? I’ve never heard of a place that doesn’t give water. So I had to pay 3$ for a water. And the employees tried calling me out saying I was going to get soda anyways. I walked 2 hours before this, I wasn’t going to get soda. But you’re not going to charge me $3 and me not get soda. Food okay
