Best Pat's I've been to!!! The vibes are here!!! Cozy, peaceful atmosphere. Friendly service. Great lunch specials. Just step inside and give it a try. My new "go to" while in Oxford. Huge slices of pizza. Definitely will be back.

Tried to use debit card, they only allow credit card and charge a fee for same. Explained it was debit, "but we have a sign" was the only comment. Kept pointing at sign which is in small writing and is not very visible regarding CREDIT CARD sales. Also refused to honor coupon, stating bill over $30 was only that much because of taxes and fees. Nowhere on coupon is that stated. Frauds with an attitude!!

We ordered our food, and when I asked for the table number (to find us) they said they don't do that. Sadly, they delivered our food to another table. That table rudely accepted food they clearly didn't order. When I went to check on the order, they scrambled to fix it, but we needed to leave for another appointment. They were hesitant to give a refund, but eventually did. First and last time "eating" here.

My boyfriend, kids, & i literally just ate here. First time coming here. Place was nice & employees were friendly. Quiet, but also it was a bit late. Overall the food was really good. No complaints at all. Everything was nice & hot, food was done super fast, & honestly tasted really fresh. We had a chicken quesadilla, chicken cheese steak, fries, & chicken tenders. Look forward to visiting again when were in the area.

This place is great! Wonderful food (real good wings) large, well made salads and pretty on point with the cheesesteaks. Always on time with delivery but the restaurant is clean and comfy as well if you prefer that.
I got a cheese steak with very little meat. I'd rather you fill the sandwich and charge more.

**Trying not to act out of haste and anger I have held onto this review for a few weeks but it needs to be said**Never again, I just paid $11.70 for the most embarrassing display of take out I have ever seen. Granted I did order it from the appetizer portion of the menu, but there are 2, no meat (menu says it's supposed have chicken in it) they were under cooked dough was chewy and the middle was cold, served with dressing I have in my fridge.The only thing keeping me from 1 star was the young lady that took my payment was friendly and smiling.If you're charging this much for 2 Southwestern Egg Rolls they should be at the very least warm in the middle.I can go to Chili's and get a whole sampler for 14$ with 4 egg rolls, 2 sliders, and buffalo chicken bites and a drink.SMH I used to recommend this place for a quick hot lunch...No more.
Ordered some food for delivery and the pizza was pretty cold and looked like it had been made awhile ago. Filled out a survey and the manager called a few days later and gave me a credit for a free pizza. Ordered the free pizza and it was hot and delicious! Kudos to the manager and this Pats pizza for this kind gesture to make a customer happy. Great to see business' going the extra mile to turn a complaint into a 5 star review. Thank you!
It’s starting to become a regular occurrence that when we order food, something in the order is wrong. Today we ordered 3 pasta dishes with breadsticks… only they forgot the breadsticks. In the same order we ordered a 10 piece wings NAKED. The wings came breaded. (insert face palm here)

Overcharged my credit card. Visited the restaurant on a Friday evening and the noise level inside the place was unbearable. Food quality was sub-par considering the lofty claims and the price. Bottom line-check your CC statement when you get home!
