Food was just what I needed. Far from your typical bar food. Andrea the pretty and fun bartender gave me great suggestions for the appetizers and meal.
She highly recommended the chicken salad sandwich but…I ended up getting the Chili, Cornbread, and fried dill pickles. I just felt like having red meat that day.
I will definitely be back for the chicken salad sandwich.

When there for dinner set in dining room for 15 to 20 minutes nerver got service and even what we got up and had to leave and go somewhere else and people came in after us and a served and got drinks and we nerver even got a hello or I'll be right with yall we do don't recommend going there

We were in Oxford, just passing through. Decided to check this place out. Glad we did. We might even try to come back, there was plenty on the menu that I wanted to eat.

Have been here a couple times. Most wait staff is super friendly and accommodating. Food quality is horrible. I have had mold on a bun. Just recently asked for nachos and cheese. The cheese was so unappealing you could turn it upside down and it wouldn't move. The hamburger steak tastes like pure salt. Told waitress and all she said was sorry. Hmmm this was my go to place but not any more. We had a party of 6 and everyone was so disappointed. Not sure if new management or what, but changes need to be made

We chose the Sawmill Grill because it was an almost mid-way point for a family gathering. I'm so glad we did. From the time we walked through the door, the staff were warm and professional. In fact, that started when I called to make a reservation. They accommodated our group of 11 graciously, made separate checks easy, and all of the servers worked together to get everyone's food to the table at the same time. With so many choices on the menu, we all found something we like and everyone was really happy with their meal. The Irish Chicken was especially popular. Thank you, Sawmill Grill, for a wonderful evening.

Food has gone downhill since we were there about a year ago. Food used to be quite good. All 6 of us were disappointed. My prime rib sandwich was chopped minute steak, not much flavor. The burger and chicken sandwiches were lacking. We ordered an appetizer and got mostly fries which was not part of THE appetizer. Just not a good experience. Would not return.

I found this place completely by accident, and what a wonderful surprise. The food was fantastic. The service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. I will definitely be going back, considering it's only 30 minutes from my house.

Parking: Only about 20 spots out front. But multiple restaurants. Not from the area, so there could be parking I’m not aware of. But if so, not well advertised.
