I know that most orders are drive through or mobile but it’s annoying to walk in and be ignored by staff. When requesting diet drinks they don’t ever give me diet. Which also sucks because they often don’t have most flavors on the soda machine which i’m sure is a corporate support issue.

Nice place to take my boys after visiting the library on Saturday. Kind, friendly staff, patient with my kids. Be sure to ask for the drink/ice machine to be reset if you get there after the lunch rush.

Nickle and diming people for condiments is a fast way to lose customers. Fifty three cents for a BBQ sauce, when I just dropped $13.33 on meal...SMH.

Yikes. 6 bucks for a 3 piece tender meal and they make you wait while serving multiple drive through orders. It shouldn't take 35 minutes to make 3 pieces of chicken. I hope yall go put of business. The McDonald's across the street is also incompetent but at least I pay less. Never again.

Every time I mean every single time I go to get a frosty, I’m never pleased the Frosty’s be looking messy and they don’t fill them up. They give you a half a cup. And every time I say something about it, they get rude or have their face frowned up like I’m saying something wrong only thing I asked him to do was fill a cup up just a little bit more I thought customers comes first guess not. I’m going to corporate on this one cause I’m disgusted

Pulled in. No one in restaurant should have been our first clue. Walked up and to front staff who had the personality of a rock. Tall, long hair. RUDE. He should be doing the dishes and not be the front counter. No customer service skills whatsoever. Got our Order, fries cold but whatever. Got soda from the self help soda machine. All of our choices were flat. Needed seltzer. Go to tell the RUDE, front counter guy and got attitude . He through a tantrum. I asked for a manager.
Long story short she said no one wants to work. ( Who does?) I don’t want to either. However, I do work. And my customers don’t know when I’m having a bad day. She said as soon as she finds someone, he gone. Lol I look and previous reviews and he’s been rude for over 8 months. He’s not going anywhere. Especially, with that attitude and poor customer service!!! He’s a warm body and so the manager doesn’t have to work more hours, he’s a keeper!

Please stop thinly chopping the lettuce in the salad. It makes the lettuce limp. It may go that way on a sandwich but does not belong in a salad.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant maintenance interior is in serious decline. Wendys food isn't the same anymore.

Most things here are cooked fresh to order so expect to wait 15 minutes or more for your food The things that aren't are going to be cold. This place is always dead and I see why now second time here. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get sick I just watched the server coughing into his hand and wipe his face about 10 times in the last 5 minutes eating my food. Ebonics speaking friendly.
