So I ordered some food to include a frosty. When I arrived, they told me that they didn’t have any Frosty’s and that they could not reimburse me what I had spent on the Frosty. They didn’t even try to replace it with something of equal value. They told me I had to call somebody at corporate to try to get my money back. Horrible horrible service. Unfortunately it’s not the first time that has happened to me there. Maybe I’m the dumb one for going there at all.

Idk if it's the speaker and mic or it's the operating it, but something needs fixed bc it takes almost 6 minutes to get a order or 4 burger biggie bags, 1 chicken biggie bag, and 6 cheese burgers ordered. And then your fries come out looking all thrown in the bag spilled into a pile in the bottom of the bag

Great place to go when not hungry because it’ll take 30 minutes atleast to get your food. Staff under trained. New girl asking manager for help and he’s telling customer he doesn’t know how to apply a coupon. Tea and Powerade are so watered down will definitely help keep you hydrated.

little girl working the window on 12/15 at 8pm was horrible. rolling her eyes. didn’t say a word. then we get our food home and it wasn’t right. i had half a piece of lettuce on my sandwhich.

First I'd like to say I had a problem here before. 3 months ago I had a problem with two girls at night. And recently I went there to get a chicken sandwich one night and when I left and tried to eat my chicken sandwich it had been refried at least three times and was like a piece of rubber tire. I went back to get another chicken sandwich and they gave me the cheaper chicken sandwich. I went back again and got the correct sandwich and the girl wouldn't take the other sandwich back so I dropped it on the ground outside the drive-thru window. The next time I went back to get an order I was told that I was not allowed in the restaurant I was also told by a new fella that seemed to think he was a tough guy with tattoos that if I thought I was going to get my food without spit I was wrong. It's obvious that the franchisee of this restaurant does not give a shit who he hires and he'll keep anybody just to keep the place open. As far as I'm concerned Wendy's needs to do something about this location. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Wendy's is a fine company. It seems they have a problem with a careless franchisee in Oxford Pennsylvania

The service here is terrible even more so at night. I hate to group everyone together because that doesn't seem fair but our experience the past few times has not been good. The line with 2 other cars in front of us took 20 minutes. The girl at the window hardly spoke, didn't give a receipt, & rolled her eyes when we asked for sauce. There were other employees playing around & touching each other then handling the food. The bacon on the potato was a single strip, not chopped up.

Always forget utensils and or straws
I've been to this location 3 times. Only got food once. The first time they were so slow and the lobby was full of waiting customers. They have a very limited menu and today I was told they weren't allowed to accept $50 dollar bills! Never again. I went to McDonald's.

Ordered a burger drive-through. He misheard me and made it incorrectly. I went inside and was immediately attended to. They did a great job correcting a simple misunderstanding.
