Female employee working 10/5/25 who answers the phone for the night shift was extremely rude by constantly speaking over me, putting me on hold without notifying me and to finish it off she hung up on me! Her customer service skills were horrible even after I asked her politely to stop cutting me off while I'm speaking!

When I order dominos, I expect my food to atleast be edible. My hand toss was thin and crusty with barely any toppings. My twists were burnt and barely had cinnamon. I called and spoke to the manager and he was completely rude and disregarded my issues as a customer. Will never order from here again.

If you’re looking for a place that takes forever just to get your order wrong, this is it. I’ve had Domino’s in other cities—and even other countries—and this location is by far the worst.
After working a long shift, I placed an order and drove to pick it up. When I arrived, John and his coworker were ignoring phone calls and loudly talking about random nonsense instead of helping customers. I waited over 30 minutes just to be told I’d need to wait another 20. Fine. But 40 minutes later, my food is finally ready—and they got one of my items completely wrong.
I told John that it wasn’t what I ordered, and he gave me a look like correcting it was a problem. When I asked him to just remove the item, he told me he’d have to take back all of my food just to refund that one item. So basically: pay for something I didn’t want or go hungry. I chose to give everything back and walk out.
If you’re thinking about getting Domino’s, drive to a different location—seriously. This place doesn’t care about customers, accuracy, or basic professionalism. Never again.

Never in my life had a deliveryman call from the car to come and grab the food. I'm paying $4 for delivery charge and tipped another $7 for tip for a few miles of distance.
End of checkout I did 'contactless delivery' and I get a call to come out... Like how unprofessional is this guy? Then he says I should write that in the comments box etc.

Ordered a pizza extra cheese and sausage barely had cheese and sausage ordered hot wings 16 piece got baked chicken pieces and a spoon full of hot sauce over them all..... terrible, terrible experience thru that crap in the garbage what makes me pissed off I even left a $ 10.00 tip never again from dominos

Everything I try and call in an order for delivery, it's an issue. This is my 2nd time doing so l, since this is the only option for Dominos I have, and it's been an issue bothe times. 1st time I called they told me to hold on a minutes and I held on while they b/sed with each other l, then the 2nd time they got my address wrong and waited hours to get my pizza. Il never order from this place again as far as delivery. Customer service over the phone sucks!!!!!!
I did go in to get pizza after the 1st time I called. I was frustrated with the call and hung up but my girls wanted Domino's so I just took them and going in was actually cool. So all in all, phone orders highly suck. Going in is cool.

Saw this lady in there today while picking up. name is Amanda, very nice and was dominating that kitchen if she’s not the manager she needs a raise. Very hard worker and communication skills were on point.
