All I order is a coffee with cream and sugar, I stress 6 sugars and get none!! All the time! We have to keep sugar packets in our cars because we have to pull over and fix it. I go there every day after work and leave a tip and almost never get a thank you!!!!

I've been coming here for the past years or so almost every day. Prior to this location, I was going to the one on William Penn hwy but they would always mess up my order. Well for the last year, this place has been very accurate with my order and the customer service is excellent

Can't tell you I went there for donuts and they didn't have any donuts it was 6:00 at night I don't know they were open till 8:00 so I don't know why they didn't have any donuts

My favorite Dunkin in the Lehigh Valley! Reliable and can always expect a great coffee. Love the staff at this location, so kind and always share smiles and kind words. I hope it’s my favorite ladies working, but even when they’re not in everyone else has been great too. I also like the renovations that were done, a much more spacious drive thru and looks very clean. I live closer to a different dunkin but if I have the time I go out of my way to visit this one!

Come here almost daily and only started having minor issues that started in the last two to three months. Be careful with mobile ordering - in the last two months I had either the store not receiving my order or someone is taking my drink. Unfortunately, I don’t always have time to wait hence the in advance mobile ordering. Additionally, met a confrontational employee about today’s drink being missing - not sure why I received that response? I didn’t think it was a big deal until her reaction and I decided to just leave without arguing. Will be going to another location from now on…
