I go to Dunkin everyday and over the last few weeks I stopped going to this Dunkin due to the service. Today I went since it was the only one opened and was absolutely disgusted with the staff and their disgusting attitudes.

Usually fast easy service but today the lady at the window didn’t even tell me how much was my order I had to ask her like I worked there. Then I proceed to ask how much was it for the person behind me so I can go ahead and pay for them, she looked at me like she was confused like she was still asleep talking about huh ? Like I’m not speaking perfect English ! She had no clue what was going on ! Then I asked for my changed and specifically said I had to go she then proceeded to chat with her co worker taking her sweet time until I had to get Lou’s and let her know I had to leave !

I was just in this Dunkin today 10/4/25 and me and my mom bought coffee and was trying to enjoy our drinks ! But we started hearing cursing ,yelling we looked around no one in the store but us and the workers they all were loud and cursing at each other one lady was cursing at an employee that just came in!it was so loud we thought they were gonna fight !!!we had to leave because that was very unprofessional! They need to remove these people !

All I order is a coffee with cream and sugar, I stress 6 sugars and get none!! All the time! We have to keep sugar packets in our cars because we have to pull over and fix it. I go there every day after work and leave a tip and almost never get a thank you!!!!

I've been coming here for the past years or so almost every day. Prior to this location, I was going to the one on William Penn hwy but they would always mess up my order. Well for the last year, this place has been very accurate with my order and the customer service is excellent
Went to this place two very busy mornings in a row and it did not disappoint! The food was on point, Service was quick and people were very friendly.

Can't tell you I went there for donuts and they didn't have any donuts it was 6:00 at night I don't know they were open till 8:00 so I don't know why they didn't have any donuts

I am a frequent customer at Dunkin because I’m too busy to make my own drink every day, while balancing jobs and college. The service here is amazing and I’m very thankful that even though I come just about every day, I am greeted with the same enthusiastic attitude every time. P.S. My favorite Dunkin in the Lehigh Valley! Reliable and can always expect a great coffee. Love the staff at this location, so kind and always share smiles and kind words. I hope it’s my favorite ladies working, but even when they’re not in everyone else has been great too. I also like the renovations that were done, a much more spacious drive thru and looks very clean. I live closer to a different dunkin but if I have the time I go out of my way to visit this one!
