Come here almost daily and only started having minor issues that started in the last two to three months. Be careful with mobile ordering - in the last two months I had either the store not receiving my order or someone is taking my drink. Unfortunately, I don’t always have time to wait hence the in advance mobile ordering. Additionally, met a confrontational employee about today’s drink being missing - not sure why I received that response? I didn’t think it was a big deal until her reaction and I decided to just leave without arguing. Will be going to another location from now on…

The lowest quality there is. Absolutely awful!! The coffee is gross, the food is gross, and the people that work there either have no training on allergens, or simply don't care that they are giving someone something they specifically asked to be substituted. I have called and tried to explain to the manager how important allergens are. I was hung up on. Great job dunkin!

Usually ok but just ordered an iced tea and it is so weak it literally tastes like tap water. If they were running out with it being the end of the day, I wish they would have just said that instead of selling it to me anyway.
They only work drive-thru. I'm waiting in line for my order, which is ready because of you.

Had the most rude cashier through the drive through today. Went to order my coffee tried to use my coupon app. Understood that it didn’t cover it. Besides that I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and was served this twice. Never getting food there again!

Okay so they closed this dunkin for 2 weeks to remodel it, and when I say they should’ve saved their money, I mean it. They’ve made it look much smaller in the inside and much less welcoming.
They removed all of the comfy chairs and replaced them with 4 hard tables with hard chairs. For the last two years, everytime I’ve done in to this dunkin, people have been sitting, communing, and enjoying the Dunkin atmosphere.
Today it was empty! Sometimes new doesn’t mean better! Bring back the comfy chairs !
