I was surprised about them being unexpectedly closed hopefully next time I get in the area I can try an everything dog it looks a lot like Toby’s tea cup that was in NJ !!!!!

Jimmy's Hot Dogs are one of a kind... Been going there for over 50 years... We live in Maryland (over 4 hours away), but visit relatives in Easton... with the first stop ALWAYS being Jimmy's... I am writing this review to offset the 1 Star review the dude gave who didn't even get in the building. He didn't experience any service or food, he gave a one star review because he didn't double check hours he got from Google. Everyone knows those Google times are a guideline. He drove over and hour he says for this hot dog. If I am driving over an hour for any type of food I am calling to make sure they are open, because that is the intelligent thing to do. Anyway, Jimmy's is great, great hot dog, an updated building and a very nice staff who keeps everyone informed on their Facebook page. 5 stars.

Another hot dog stop during Friar Fajitas' bday tour. This one was .you favorite of the day. Cooked perfect, chili rocked, service with a smile, and I enjoyed eating at the bar in the AC. Feels like 110 outside! Just go!

The chili cheese dog is terrible phillipsburg location is good but this location hell no it doesn’t even have the chili flavor it taste like sloppy Joe on a hot dog

Getting a hotdog at Jimmy's is an Easton tradition. The new owners have done a great job of updating the restaurant while ensuring that it stays the Jimmy's that the locals have loved for many years. I think that the food has only gotten better since the change in ownership. The new owners are friendly and a delight to chat with while waiting for your food. Keep up the great work.
