I went to Jimmy’s to get a few hotdogs with everything. Hot dogs with everything include mustard, onions, and a pickle slice. The family that now owns Jimmy’s is invested and recently remodeled the interior for what, in my opinion, were much-needed appearance updates.

My family has been going there for decades. By far my favorite hot dog place! When we go to visit family in Virginia we end up putting in an order of over 50 hot dogs for the whole family. I'm so lucky to live only 40 minutes from them and it's definitely worth the trip. With just my immediate family we order about 20 at a time.

Jimmy’s has been in business since 1908 and has been a local tradition for generations. A reliable simple inexpensive menu (I’ll have two with everything and a Coke) never disappoints. A local family with restaurant experience recently purchased the business from the retiring owners and vowed not to change anything. They made some improvements to the premises and kitchen, but the “Everything” product (hotdog, bun, mustard, onions, and pickle in thin waxed paper) is unchanged. Jimmy’s remains a must visit whenever we are in Easton.
Parking: Jimmy’s is location a small strip mall with essentially unlimited easy parking.
What a welcoming establishment. The personalities of the owner and his family/ crew was as wonderful as the hot dogs were! I had never had one before. I'm fact, after finishing the first one, I went back in for a second! I am a big fan of hot dogs. Now that I've been to Jimmy's in Easton, I wish I lived closer! So good!
