Asked for a hot coffee and got an ice coffee instead. They can't figure out how to make a basic coffee
The workers who cook the food here don’t read customers orders. I substitute white cheddar to any sandwich and I always end up with American. When I order chipotle wraps, I substitute the cheese and the meat for sausage. They never have my order right.

Idk if this is just me that thinks this is wrong almost $4 and this is what I get I understand it’s bacon meats expensive but when you go to Dunkin’ a lot and never get this little like that’s just lazy.

They are still good for a basic cup of coffee and some donuts. If you try to order more than one or two items it throws them off and some items are usually missing or prepared improperly. Very clean kitchen and dining area.
Employees are always nice and work their hardest to get the orders out. Sometimes they get backed up, be patient. It's the only coffee joint in town!
I’m sorry, I worked in food service and I am completely understanding of mistakes, but I come to this Dunkin’ almost daily, and get the exact same thing, and every single day it’s wrong. They forget the cold foam on my iced coffee(s), which okay, it happens, but EVERY SINGLE day? And then they look at you like you’re a complete inconvenience for asking politely to have it fixed…
The slowest service in the history of the Dunkin. 10 minutes for a small black coffee!
The employees were super nice and did their best to get my order out as quickly as possible.

Worst Dunkin. They don't follow recipes. Something is always missing from any order I've placed. They give you attitude when you ask for what is missing.
Few times I've been here parking lot is packed cars not even in parking spaces(literally parked behind parked cars) Employees are rushing to get online orders ready when their actual store is packed with people awaiting for what they ordered. Maybe they need to stop taking online orders if they can't handle it.
I bought a caramel signature Large Hot Latte with a shot of expresso for my Mom at 6:15 through the app and not only did they forget the whip cream and all the stuff that goes on the whip cream the lady who handed it to me was very judgy on me a 14 year old order a large latte with a shot of expresso.

Forgot my donut, forgot my bacon, I paid $9 for items that i never received. This happens very often. The co workers were busy flirting with each other over what religion they believe in?? can’t make this up. I’m done going here. The manager doesn’t know how to properly train the workers and that’s obvious with the revolving door of employees there.

Parking: Parking lot is kind of big almost never have a hard time finding a parking spot
