The friendliest Schezwan food restaurant in the Northeast! The food is delicious and I'm sure authentic guessing from the patrons - who are mostly Asian. We have many favourite dishes here. Let me try and list a few cos none are 'recommend' options provided by Google:

Westlake beef soup
Beef lovers quarrel
Garlic cucumber
Dry chili pepper style chicken
Beef with chili green pepper
Mobile tofu with pork
String beans with minced pork
Spicy hot pot flavor fish fillet
Pork with cauliflower
To name a few :-)

Incredible food experience! Hot chili bowl with tofu, chicken with broccoli and general tsos chicken the best my family tasted! Classic soup dishes made to 👌 perfection. So glad we stopped by on our way home from Jersey. Definitely will be coming back again.

Vegetarian options: Tofu hot and spicy chili bowl was AMAZING 👏

Terrible service, especially on busy weekends. The food lacks authenticity and tastes like it’s made with cheap ingredients. Not recommended.

Honestly this place is great. I come here often. If you like Szechuan style spicy Chinese food it will scratch your itch. They also have excellent non spicy more of your classic American Chinese dishes. It’s my go-to and I don’t play around when it comes to Asian cuisine. Life is too short to eat bad food.

We went to celebrate my mom’s 55th birthday party based on the good reviews. We had over 20 people and it was a huge disappointment. The servers and the owner were rude and cheap. They charge for take out containers $1 a piece. ( The lady said it’s too much and gave a nasty attitude). If you are going to do good business don’t be cheap. We didn’t feel welcome at all. The lady also said out loud you need to leave tip… When we already set a side money. After being seated less than 20 mins we were reminded that we have to eat fast because there was another party coming in soon. Overall would NOT recommend and we would not come back for sure. One and only time. For spending over $500 including tip and being treated like that? No thanks!! Food was nothing special, taste just like any other Asian place.

As someone new to Chinese cuisine, I would recommend avoiding the Dong Dong noodles if you're unfamiliar with the flavors. However, the cumin lamb was quite good. The ambiance could use some improvement, but overall, it was an interesting experience.
As useal fried rice is fentastic, veg roles are quite regular.

Cheng Du is my go to place for authentic Chinese cuisine. I paid them a visit yesterday and I ordered the Hot Pot Fish and Beef Rice Noodles. Everything from the staff to the food was beyond my expectations. This place is definitely worth a visit!

The service and environment are average, just like ordinary Chinese restaurants, but the food is very delicious. It is authentic Chinese food, not the kind of fake Chinese food cooked by fake Chinese people. I recommend it to overseas travelers who are homesick. The cost is also reasonable, highly recommended.

I had an amazing dining experience at this Cheng du restaurant! The General Tso's Chicken was phenomenal—perfectly seasoned nice heat without being too spicy and it was absolutely delicious. The food was incredibly fresh and clean, and the service was great and very attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch Chinese cuisine. I'll definitely be coming back!
