I placed an order for donuts. Ordered 2 dozen and the app only did one order I showed them on my app and they told me it was my fault that the order was wrong that it was still in my cart..... 2 dozen donuts in my cart if I would have placed the order it wouldn't have been just one and if I didn't order it it wouldn't have come through. Then for them to just blatantly tell me it was my fault... like wow customer service is ridiculous. It was clearly the app and I got no apologies nothing. Thanks for that

I went into Dunkin’ Donuts one day before my daughter‘s birthday to order donuts, and munchkins which I did without an issue. The next day I went into pick up my donuts and munchkins and they told me that because I wasn’t there at the exact stated time I had specified that they gave away my munchkins. What’s the point of pre-ordering some thing if they’re going to give away your food?

Quick and accurate service! Clean interior. And the staff seemed to speed through the drive thru orders. It was impressive to watch!
Arrived to Dunkin Donuts with the sole intent of buying a dozen donuts. Upon the completion and payment of my order on the touch screen the man at the counter said “we don’t have any donuts.” The only had a few random left from a previous batch. I understand people go to Dunkin donuts for more than donuts, like coffee but the utter lack of self awareness of not having the product which you are named after is disappointing to say the least. And after I requested a refund (I had paid with apple pay) I was unable to receive the funds directly back into my account and had to receive cash. While this is not directly the fault of the store, it was another disappointment.
