Rude staff. No one wants to hand over hard-earned money to people rude out of the gate. Person working the drive thru did nothing but argue with me when I asked for a moment to look at the menu. I drove away without ordering and went to Starbucks down the street. They were smiling, helpful, PATIENT and earned a good tip for being so.

Ordered online and went to pick up 5mins ahead of time. But I was told that the store was closed even though maps and Dunkin site said it was open during the time. Rude response and was charged for my order. Was asked to come back next day. Not worth it

If I could give a 0 I would like I hate leaving a review but SOMEONE needs to say it as it is cause I simply don’t understand. The coffee taste like DOG WATER BRO. Without fail every single time for like six months now. Idk if they just don’t know how to brew the coffee right or what but dude. Dude. Dude. Every time. I’ve given up on this place and actually won’t go here anymore but my bf likes to give them one more chance and it fails every time. What’s good Dunkin Paoli fr like what is actually good with yall.

They don't speak..no good morning or anything..went thru the drive thru was never told my total just put hand out for payment and when the guy handed me my food he wouldn't even look at me they are a bunch of Racist..they want our money but don't wish to serve us..I been here 3x same stank attitude..last time I was there I told the guy he don't have to worry about me coming back anymore that's the day he wouldn't look at ne just handed me the bag..unfortunately waste of money for me because I wasn't about to eat that mess
