Delicious meals, super easy! We’ve ordered a few times and everything has been great. They take all the prep work out of making fresh meals. I really like that many meals are individually packaged, just grab what you need and keep the rest frozen for later. The individually frozen chocolate chip cookies are a fav dessert - we bake just what we plan to eat that night - straight from the freezer to the oven!

I'm not sure it is planned, but the nutritional breakdown in the meals I get are balanced to meet my Mediterranean diet needs. There are high carb meals too.
