Coming from San Diego to visit my good buddy that lives here, Primos was the first and last meal of my excellent trip. Starting with an amazing hoagie with long hots and extra provolone, and then closing with a legit cheesesteak wit whiz and onions. The owner is such a cool guy that obviously deeply cares about his food and service. This place is 10 outta 10, would highly recommend. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much for the best Philly food experience of the trip.

I stopped in the Paoli Primo location Saturday and ordered four sandwiches to pickup Sunday morning. The owner, a great guy, waited on me. The order was ready for pickup right on time. I brought them to a tailgate prior to the Eagles Steelers game. They were fantastic. Primo hoagies are the best - I’ve never had one less than perfect. And the guys at Paoli made it an even better experience.

I've been a fan since I got my first Primo at the original store. Great fresh and tasty ingredients. But lately very disappointed. Prices up - ok I get that. Prices are up everywhere. But portions significantly down. I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich with a little meat and cheese topping. No longer the hefty Primo hoagie I've been accustomed to. This is really not okay and I may have to stop coming here.

Sandwich was great. The staff was a little impatient with me. The food from store to store is very good and made the same way. I felt a little rushed and regretted leaving a tip. I won’t go back to this location.
I don’t understand all the bad reviews… I’ve been coming to this shop for 10 years and have always had a positive experience. Today I went in and received great customer service, my hoagie was ready fast, and it tasted great! Thank you guys.

Always ordered from this location! But today some ugly trailer trash looking female happened to be working! Gets my order wrong then have the nerve to tell me next time I’ll be charged! If you cleaned your ears and heard me right the first time I wouldn’t need to come back! Hoagies not worth $14 anyway! Won’t be going back to that whack place! Some words I had to hold back! Owner I can careless about bashing your goofy employee when she doesn’t know how to handle a situation professionally! Obviously your employer lack proper communication skills! Every action has a reaction! Therefore you act ignorant you’ll get that response when a customer spending there money ? ?
