I've been a fan since I got my first Primo at the original store. Great fresh and tasty ingredients. But lately very disappointed. Prices up - ok I get that. Prices are up everywhere. But portions significantly down. I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich with a little meat and cheese topping. No longer the hefty Primo hoagie I've been accustomed to. This is really not okay and I may have to stop coming here.

Sandwich was great. The staff was a little impatient with me. The food from store to store is very good and made the same way. I felt a little rushed and regretted leaving a tip. I won’t go back to this location.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews… I’ve been coming to this shop for 10 years and have always had a positive experience. Today I went in and received great customer service, my hoagie was ready fast, and it tasted great! Thank you guys.

Always ordered from this location! But today some ugly trailer trash looking female happened to be working! Gets my order wrong then have the nerve to tell me next time I’ll be charged! If you cleaned your ears and heard me right the first time I wouldn’t need to come back! Hoagies not worth $14 anyway! Won’t be going back to that whack place! Some words I had to hold back! Owner I can careless about bashing your goofy employee when she doesn’t know how to handle a situation professionally! Obviously your employer lack proper communication skills! Every action has a reaction! Therefore you act ignorant you’ll get that response when a customer spending there money ? ?

Went to this location to buy a hoggie (which I used several times before) on Sunday at 10:10 AM. Store was supposed to open at 10AM but doors were locked. Workers inside saw me standing outside but nobody came to open the door so I left. I won't be back. They just lost a customer.

One guy there is weird ! No smile no greeting ! Customer service zero !
After being told it was 40 minutes for a pickup order, i show up to them having no order of mine in their system i show the correct store number to the enployees only to have them call me a liar! Horrible experience as a frequent customer will not be back as quality and service has declined over the past year!

Im embarrassed to say that ive been living around the area since long time and i visit this location multiple times and havent seen this.I went the other day and this place caught my eye, stepped in and wanted to just have grilled chicken without the sandwhich. I guess probably its only me that have asked something like this.The guy at the counter was super sweet, he took my request and gave me the order. And also, their menu has amazing sandwhiches probably will be back soon.

I feel as though this location has had its share of "growing pains" and that they have navigated them successfully, whereas other locations I've been too still have a long way to go. It's common among chain stores like Primos that don't pay well, employ young kids with little to no work ethic, have low morale, and require weekend work. That being said, the Paoli location was a breath of fresh air....I patronized this location twice over the summer. I called once on a Sunday afternoon; polite teenager answered and told me my order would be ready in 15 mins. My travel time to the store is exactly 15 mins and when I arrived sandwiches were as I had ordered, and all worked out well. In and out in 3 mins.Most recently, had a coupon good for either the Wayne or Paoli location, called in for 3 sandwiches on a Sunday, failing to mention the coupon(didn't know it had to be mentioned prior!) arrived minutes later, told the guy about the coupon, he seemed initially annoyed by it, but realized it was an honest mistake that I didn't tell him about it when placing my order and he still used it and applied the discount. I was very pleased both times at this location. 2 for 2 so far.I worked in that area for years (no longer do!) and never set foot in that store or even knew it was there and generally go to another Primos location closer to where I live, but this spot seems to have it together more than others.
