Kevin the best owner possible. Great guy, great staff and super clean. Turned a bad day into a great night and always there to help and serve you guys even if they are closed. This store is the best primo I have ever visited and I will continue to come back just for Kevin.
Coming from San Diego to visit my good buddy that lives here, Primos was the first and last meal of my excellent trip. Starting with an amazing hoagie with long hots and extra provolone, and then closing with a legit cheesesteak wit whiz and onions. The owner is such a cool guy that obviously deeply cares about his food and service. This place is 10 outta 10, would highly recommend. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much for the best Philly food experience of the trip.
I stopped in the Paoli Primo location Saturday and ordered four sandwiches to pickup Sunday morning. The owner, a great guy, waited on me. The order was ready for pickup right on time. I brought them to a tailgate prior to the Eagles Steelers game. They were fantastic. Primo hoagies are the best - I’ve never had one less than perfect. And the guys at Paoli made it an even better experience.
