Ordered lunch at 11:38a order#009314 did not deliver until 12:58pm. I called the restaurant and was told they were sorry their driver is just slow. My food was cold, some parts warm. Not actually edible. My frustration is, I am glad you are sorry! Not sorry enough to fix it. I am a good customer working at the medical facility down the road, I tip well. I recommend to coworkers. Your food is very expensive, as compared to Malvern Pizza. Moving forward I will be using your competitors. Maybe they will actually care about what is being delivered to the customers. Unacceptable.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my experience with Autumn. From the moment I interacted with her, she came across as dismissive and unprofessional. She seemed more interested in gossiping about other customers with her coworkers than actually helping, and when she did speak to me, her tone was condescending and impatient. I asked my server for her name, and he said Autumn. Later in my meal, I turned over my shoulder, and saw her vaping by the entrance of the restaurant, I don’t know if that’s okay to do at work, but she seemed to think it was. This was about a month and a half ago, I’m not sure if she’s still working here. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but basic respect and competence should be a given. Unfortunately, Autumn didn’t deliver either.

Ive been coming here for many years. I know some employees by name and they know mine and use it when I come in! We LOVE the Trenton style pizza, our son loves being able to walk here and get a slice. Massimo is super friendly as an owner as well and has kept the place true to its scratch kitchen recipes, which makes this place stand out from the other places like domino's and pizza hut and papa John's. The front people are always smiling and happy when I see them, even if its a stressful time of the evening. I recommend this place to anyone I know in the area! And its a plus they deliver too! 🫶

i don't think i've had a bad meal here. the service is always great, especially from Renee. prices are fair and food always comes out great. i like their pizza, fries, hoagies, cheese steaks, and cannolis!

For the hype the pizza to is not all that great to me, I’ve tasted better pizza with better sauce, customer service is great the atmosphere is nice but overall quality of my food was not that great chicken wings horrible and for the price it’s not worth it to me personally my overall experience was not great food wise.

I do not live in the area and wanted to send a pizza to my daughter for her Birthday at Restore Hyperwellnes. Spatulas delivered that Pizza with a big Happy Birthday greeting to my daughter from the driver who delivered it. I thank you all very much for helping me deliver not only a great pizza but also a birthday wish with a topping of smiles. I definitely will recommend Spatulas and will be visiting when I get to see my daughter again.
