Rude to delivery drivers and treats them with utter distain and disrespect. For example, no hello, no goodbye, ignores questions about wait time and walks away instead. I am prompted to write this as I saw a sub on Reddit recently discussing this particular merchant and based on my experience it all checks out. Why on earth would a business treat their bread and butter that contributes to their revenue with lack of kindness? Only they can answer that. I and none of my close friends will ever support this establishment.

We ordered seaweed salad, unagi don, and chirashi. The fish was fresh, and everything tasted good. Service was fast, too.

Update: they called the next morning and refunded us our money and offered a $25 gift card.
Placed a delivery order at 8:30. At 9:30 we tried to call to see where it was, and realized the place was closed. We drove down there just in case they were still there, since they had charged our card $70, and the whole place is empty. We didn’t realize the place would close a half hour after we called, but that should have been communicated to us if it was a problem. Now we’re out $70, wasted gas and no food.

I order 100$ or so of sushi for the family every other week through doordash. They seem to be pushing against doordash delivery by having increased prices, limited menu and pushing you to their janky online ordering system. Great sushi, really disappointed in their online ordering which came missing a bunch of items and took over an hour to get a mile away. Losing a customer here - I hope they get it together because otherwise the sushi is excellent.

Food was really disappointing. Bubble tea was spoiled- or something. Service was slow, but friendly. Really the only redeeming quality was the low pricing. Cannot recommend or say we will return

Sushi nami has the best quality sushi on the main line. And it is one of the cheaper options. Their portions are filling and their staff are very welcoming. They have a wide menu that accommodates almost anyone

Had the bento box- the chicken breast wad awful. Not grilled , not breaded- just a generic heated Costco chicken breast with a thin watery sauce. The shrimp tempura was really mealy, wasn’t sure if it was real shrimp or not fresh or who knows. All in all a forgettabl v e experience, I won’t be back.
