This is a Wendy's that has been there so long, I can't remember what was there before they put a Wendy's there. It's a fast food place. Food was hot. Extra points for that. The person who took my order was friendly. Alternates were suggested but not pushed. Condiments were offered. Generally speaking, it was pleasant. Relatively clean for rolling up the lunch rush. Bathroom was clean which is so rare in a fast food place. It's not a 4 diamond dining experience but it was a hot meal for an affordable price and I am thankful for that. Thank you crew. Your doing a good job.

I had a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, nuggets, fries, etc. with others from this Wendy's location to go. The building looks derelict, the interior and exterior grimy, and the workers are barely physically present. They're not outright rude, just drifting through the day without a thought given to the restaurant's purpose or what it seeks to achieve.

Were I served this food at a homeless shelter or prison, I honestly think it would be a let down. Eating here ruined my day, full stop. It's technically edible and I suppose it may supply some nutrients. It's hard to convey the feeling of loss, sorrow, despondence that comes with eating here.

You could view this Wendy's as an analogy for modern life in the U.S. - we know our society is in decline and are hopeless to stop it. It stings that I paid to eat here. I can't bring myself to ask corporate for a refund, I'd rather scream into the void dreaming that somehow, things will change. At the very least, I hope that others will stumble upon this admonition and demur.

This is consistently the worst Wendy’s I have ever gone to. They are always slow, The drive-through line is disgraceful because they are so slow about getting food orders out that traffic literally backs up. They will consistently get your order wrong but it would take so long to get them to put the right things in the bag that you might as well just take whatever the hell they put in your bag and be happy that you have something to eat. I think one of the issues is that some of the employees cannot speak or read English, so they can’t read the order tickets properly (Which is what I experienced first hand yesterday).

Long lines and over cooked chicken.

If you know whats good for you, dont go here.

This is the wendys that has made me swear off all wendys locations. Only fix here is to burn it down and start over. Popeyes would be a better choice. Staff and management only amazement is the idea they survived this long. How?

If I could but -1000 I would. I placed a mobile order, as I pulled in to drive thru to pick up I pulled up just in time to watch the staff smoking pot next to the drive thru order menu. I thought Paoli was a better class of people environment. I was wrong. I will never return here!

Lazy employees. Guy on speaker is wearing his AirPods. Food was handled poorly. Unacceptable.
Had to constantly repeat my order because of the AirPods.

The young man in the drivethru was rude and dismissive. He did not listen to what we ordered, rang up whatever he wanted, and when questioned he said “I didn’t ring you up for that”. The food was burnt, he didn’t give me my receipt, then charged me for the same thing. I never complain and I’m horrified.
