I ordered a honey biscuits sandwich and she left out the chicken. I overpaid for something and I was too hungry to drive all the way back on my break to get it corrected. I shouldn’t have to check my order before driving off every time. She literally gave me two pieces of bread dipped in honey with no chicken and I paid full price for that. They need to put more effort and attention into their customers.

I just grabbed lunch at this location and even though they were busy they acknowledged me and the wait wasn't long. I even walked out without my frosty not realizing and they followed me out to give it to me. Great customer service! (Had to get the boo bag, the Halloween toys this year are awesome!).

This is the most incompetent Wendy's in the area. Listen, I'm a regular fast food enjoyer and the quality is never great, however, I am taking the time to come to google to tell you about this particular POS store. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered from here, there is something wrong. Food missing, wrong order, cold food, etc. They're always out of one thing or another, and they have an excuse for everything. Wendy's is a four billion dollar company, so they don't give a damn what I think, but if you're going to soil your body with fast food, skip this Wendy's.
If you're intended on eating fast food, please drive the 7.5 miles to the Exton location. They're polite, kind, they never mess up an order, food is always on par with what you'd expect.

I think it’s a good Wendy’s. The first time I tried to go here a few months ago, the dining room was randomly closed on a Saturday afternoon with no sign on the door or anything. So that was weird. I went back 2 weeks ago for the drive-thru (the dining room was open), and we received great service. Our order was correct, the food was fresh, and the drive-thru person was patient. The drive-thru line was nice and short too. I like this location.
