Josh at Arby's in parkesburg has A1 customer service . He not only understood the assignment but never heckled me about anything and was in great spirits the whole time . These days dealing with a manager can u give u anxiety but not at Arby's with Josh running the show .. and the music was right on point . Smooth vibes 💕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s my guy 💪🏾

Worse service I have ever gotten at this parksburg Arbys, waited in drivethru for 40 mins waiting on Brisket sandwich, curly fries, and lemonade meal, also a bacon chicken and swiss with a coke and curly fries for 26.00. I did not get any napkins, or sauces and they were not even suggested. When I asked if the lemonade was the size you get with the meal I was told yes that's a regular. I was an 8 oz drink cup.i found the young man waiting on drive thru customers had a condefsending attitude. There were several vehicles waiting in drive thru, but none waiting on the side while orders were being filled. In my opinion, he deliberately. Forced the waitthat

Was at this location yesterday for the first time. Excellent customer service from young lady at the drive thru and inside when I had to go in because I forgot to order an item. Both were so kind, I dont usually get that at fast food places. Food was great and hot as well!

This was the cheese sauce for my curly fries. I GOT CHARGED FOR THIS! Was not a happy camper when I got home and saw this. Shame on you Parkesburg Arby's!
I can honestly say I don't think I'll be returning to this location. The person on the drive-thru speaker, let's just say, was not especially friendly. I was offered or asked if I wanted any sauces. The person on the speaker and the person who handed me my food, May have been the same, just seemed like they didn't want to be there and that serving people was an inconvenience. The fryer oil definitely needed to be changed because you could taste it in the fries. The food was definitely not worth the twenty dollars I spent.
