Josh at Arby's in parkesburg has A1 customer service . He not only understood the assignment but never heckled me about anything and was in great spirits the whole time . These days dealing with a manager can u give u anxiety but not at Arby's with Josh running the show .. and the music was right on point . Smooth vibes 💕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s my guy 💪🏾
Was at this location yesterday for the first time. Excellent customer service from young lady at the drive thru and inside when I had to go in because I forgot to order an item. Both were so kind, I dont usually get that at fast food places. Food was great and hot as well!
Arby's food has gotten progressively worse over the years. They've got meats but the meats are tasteless and the prices are ridiculous. We spent more for tasteless sandwiches than what we spent for a full meal at a restaurant. The service was great and I don't blame employees for what they have to serve.
