Things my spouse and I saw while there: Filthy tables and floors Garbage overflowing. One person working and two others on their phones A stack of unnoticed on the go orders flowing from the machine A customer who waited at the counter for service ten minutes and just left without being able to order. A completely broken men's room toilet A smoke detector in need of a new battery that just kept chirping. The two non-working staff having a loud conversation about getting "good" coffee at Starbucks.

When you ask for less ice and they give you extra ice. Then the manager tells me if I want less ice I will get extra almond milk and need to pay for it on top of the almond milk I already paid for! What??? I just want less ice! She says the cup won’t be full so in order to fill the cup they need to add more almond milk at my expense! I eventually told her I don’t care about a full cup just give me less ice so it doesn’t water down. Even before I got my drink the customer service was rude!! Never again will I come to this Dunkin in Parkesburg!!

I like they have a variety of breakfast items- from sandwiches to muffins. Good for eating while driving.

I LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts! I absolutely without a doubt HATE the one in Parkesburg. It’s a bunch of teenagers working who can’t answer a simple question. I wasn’t greeted with a warm smile both people I dealt with had attitudes and need to have a lesson on customer service. I would recommend you skip this place and go to Thorndale or Downingtown.

Long story short...spilled my entire coffee in my car. Perfect stranger gave me paper towels. 3 Dunkin’ staff, did nothing. They offered no help and tried ‘not’ to see what happened. They were not teenagers nor was it busy. I will NEVER go there again.

Best Store by far!!! Staff is always with a smile and awesome attitude!!!
