Ordered 2 mini pretzel dog buckets for my daughters birthday party, set to pick up at 830 Saturday night. Got a call at 630 saying because of the ice storm they were closing at 8, I understood that, but they asked me to then pick up at 7 or pick up the next day. Next day wasn't an option since their pick up didn't start until 1030 and we were leaving the area by 930 to go set up, so now I had to speed through an ice storm to pick them up. Lovely. Get there and the order isn't even finished. It's fine, we wait, get the order and go. Next day as I'm putting them in the serving tray they are all burnt! Both buckets! Didn't have a choice but to serve them at that point, it being superbowl Sunday I'm not going to find a replacement easily. Barely touched at the party. Great way to spend $60. They send me a review thing in my email so I fill it out with everything I stated here. Get an email back from a manager telling me that his employees safety was priority and that's why they closed early. I responded back that I understood but then putting your customers on a short deadline puts their safety at risk, and sent a picture of the burnt good saying there is no excuse for this. Did not get a response. The whole situation was poorly handled.

I had a fantastic experience here! The pretzels were fresh and delicious, and I ordered a breakfast egg sandwich that was made perfectly. Percy did an amazing job preparing it hot and fresh. Will visit sometime soon Ray.

Lately, I have encountered Auntie Anne's locations with HORRIBLE service. Thank goodness this one was different. I placed my order in the mobile app. There was only one woman working there but she was fantastic. Even though I was running behind this spirited, hard working Asian woman had my order waiting and still hot all while cooking and helping others. I wish I had taken her name and/or the survey because she deserves a great review.

Great pretzels and great service. I came because I had a free pretzel through the app. The only thing I didnt like was the sweet mustard sauce was the Ken's honey mustard sauce.

Stopped in after shopping, ordered 2 pretzels with extra salt. The girl behind counter threw 2 pretzels in bag and we caught her. We said no, extra salt please. She went ahead and put extra salt on it but you could tell she wasn't happy about doing the extra step. Very miserable!!! Started to eat them on way home and realized they were burnt. Won't let her sell us another one!
