My husband and 2 sons came for the first time to try it , we love ice cream. My husband got a sundae and it was practically melted already when it was handed to us , the milkshake was a Mint Chocolate Chip , my favorite flavor and it tasted so bad I almost threw up , almost like it was freezer burnt. I didn’t even bother asking for a new one they did not seem like they would fix it. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll stick to our spot in Wilmington DE the 45 min drive is way more worth it than this 10 min drive.

Ordered 2 milkshakes 1- strawberry & 1- butterscotch, we get a vanilla and a strawberry??? They are just so incompetent!!! Every time it's the same thing!!! This will be our last time going there, never again!!!

Very disappointed with the peanut butter cup frosty, it tasted like cheapo brand candy with hardly any taste, the chocolate was always getting stuck in your teeth and tasted waxy. How about getting Reese's peanut butter cups instead?
The ice cream is delicious but overpriced. The server started putting my daughter's 'order' in when all she did was ask if they had a certain flavor while the other one started making it behind her. I asked what the flavors were since they aren't posted and my daughter started to cry because she would have preferred something else but they had already made hers (something none of us would eat). She also listed the flavors too quickly for me to even understand what she was saying. The whole process was rushed and extremely unpleasant. I left without even ordering my own ice cream to be able to leave sooner. They took my card and didn't offer a receipt they just kept the window closed and started laughing with each other. They saw I was still standing there, confused and continued to laugh.
