is there a good reason you guys are constantly out of everything ??? please learn how to stock its infuriating

Don't understand dunkin had the best team of people there and got rid of them all now I had to go in there twice after ordering my coffee thru the drive thru just to be told there there is sugar right behind you sorry if I wanted to go in and order I would have if I did that to a customer I would be fired from my job,get the team back

I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member was unfriendly, we received the wrong drink, and the food was poorly prepared — the bagel minis weren’t warmed, and the bacon, egg, and cheese was ice cold. We ended up throwing the food away. Dunkin’, please do better.
How do you expect America to run on dunkin when you are ruining peoples mornings!!!!

Love this Dunkin Donuts, their team and manger went above and beyond for my last minute very large order for my event. Thank you, Lora D. for your great customer service. Because of your service I will return when I am in your area.

Now sure how people are suppose to know the store is open before 6am if ALL the outside lights/menu board are never on. Also there may be an issue with the drive thru pad sensor when you pull up to the menu board nobody greets you for like 5 minutes....

Went to this location this morning and ordered an everything bagel and was told that they were out so I asked for a plain bagel and was told once again that they were out. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream a few minutes later while sitting there a worker came to the window and said sorry we are out of whip cream. WTH is wrong with this place it’s all the time. I won’t be going back

Slooooooowwwwwwww drive thru service. We were the only ones in line and ordered a large iced coffee. Wound up waiting for our drink for almost 10 minutes. Even though our drink was ready and sitting there. The woman on the pos didn't even acknowledge us. Another staff came up to help.

This is by far the worst Dunkin. Order is always wrong and food is stale. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. They were hard as a rock, unable to eat. Had to throw away, and barely any cream cheese on them.

I cannot tell you the number of times that I have gone to this location and left empty-handed because they tell me their frozen machine is broken. Just want a frozen caramel coffee after a long hot day at work... I'm done trying with this place. Going to Wawa or Starbucks....

I was a regular until today.
Ripped of for.the amount of snaking bacon and when I said something the cashier and the guy in the bucket hat could care less and just shrugged.
Maybe it's because Im a older white guy, who knows. But my days of coming here, which was daily, are over.

I stop here almost daily, however that has come to an end.
There are way to many Dunkin Donuts that actually give you what you pay for.
To day is August 8th at 11:49.
I had to wait for over 10 min for the snaking bacon, and was handed a bag of bacon with scraps in it. Seriously, there was next to nothing in the bag.
The guy doing the cooking in the bucket hat just shrugged when I told them about it.
Sorry. Ill take my business elsewhere.
